Porovnání hybridních sklízecích mlátiček Claas Lexion 8700 TT a Claas Lexion 770
BAJER, Matěj
This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of Claas Lexion 770 and Claas Lexion 8700 TT hybrid combine harvesters. These machines are compared in the thesis in terms of losses, fuel consumption, economic parameters, performance and throughput. The result of the comparison of economic parameters is a turning point diagram, which determines which combine harvester pays off depending on the hectares harvested. The turning poing diagram also shows a comparison of whether it is worthwhile for the enterprise to own the harvester or whether it is more profitable for the enterprise to hire harvesting services. All the information and documents needed for this comparison were collected during the harvesting season at AGRO, družstvo Záhoří and were obtained through a number of experiments during the work of the harvesters. As the machines are similar in terms of performance, this work is also intended as a comparison of the improved threshing system of the Claas Lexion 8700 TT with the older system of the Claas Lexion 770.

The master's thesis is focused on a design of optimal working speed of auger and belt transporter which are parts of Power Flow header for standard type of combine harvester. In the master's thesis author suggest a new simplified theory of crop flow inside the Power Flow header. The thesis contain the factors which can affect the crop flow and comparison between the Power Flow and competitor's header. The thesis also contain geometrical characteristics of crop for four types of cereal.
Development of a Variable Roller Pump and Evaluation of its Power Saving Potential as a Charge Pump in Hydrostatic Drivetrains
Zavadinka, Peter ; Strážovec,, Igor (referee) ; Turza,, Jozef (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
Predložená doktorandská dizertačná práca (ďalej len práca) sa zaoberá rozsiahlou analýzou valčekového hydrogenerátora s premenlivým geometrickým objemom a predikciou výkonových úspor dosiahnutých aplikáciou navrhnutého valčekového hydrogenerátora s premenlivým geometrickým objemom v hydrostatickom pohone vybraných mobilných pracovných strojov. Druhá časť práce analyzuje potenciál výkonových úspor valčekového hydrogenerátora s premenlivým geometrickým objemom pre dve mobilné aplikácie - teleskopický nakladač s hmotnosťou 9 ton a kombajn s hmotnosťou 20 ton. Analýza vyžaduje jednorozmerný simulačný model hydrostatického pohonu s teplotnou predikciou hydrostatickej prevodovky. Dva rozdielne koncepty variabilného doplňovacieho systému hydrostatickej prevodovky sú porovnané so štandardným doplňovacím systémom pre pracovný a transportný režim oboch vybraných typov vozidiel. Simulácia pohonu vozidla s valčekovým hydrogenerátorom s premenlivým geometrickým objemom vo funkcii doplňovacieho hydrogenerátora a obtokovou clonou potvrdili vyššie úspory iba v prípadoch, kedy rýchlosť doplňovacieho hydrogenerátora bola výrazne vyššia a prietok cez obtokovú clonu do skrine hlavného hydrogenerátora zabezpečil dostatočné chladenie. Najvyššie výkonové úspory boli dosiahnuté s premenlivým preplachovacím systémom, ktorého prietok sa menil podľa požiadaviek hydrostatickej prevodovky. Záver druhej časti práce sa zaoberá metodikou dimenzovania veľkosti doplňovacieho hydrogenerátora.

Porovnání přenosu vertikálního zatížení od kolových a pásových sklízecích mlátiček
TKADLEC, Jakub
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the transfer of vertical load from wheel and belt combine harvesters to the soil. The load that the work deals with is for separate combine harvesters without an attached adapter. The aim of the work, was to create a database of vertical loads under the wheel or crawler chassis of combine harvesters, including the determination of the parameters of self-propelled combine harvesters. The calculated, measured and determined data were then included in graphs and tables with graphical representation of the load. The resulting data from the tables can also be used for computer simulations of soil loading under combine harvesters with wheeled or crawler chassis.
Porovnání kvalitativních ukazatelů u sklízecích mlátiček s různou konstrukcí mlátících ústrojí
MRAZÍK, Václav
This thesis aims to compare combine harvesters and different thrashing system designs. The different types of harvesters, tangential, axial and hybrid thrashing systems for which measurements were obtained during conducted field work are described in detail. Obtained results are then presented together with discussion on conditions of each measuring activity. Individual stations are then evaluated and comparison of various qualitative attributes affecting the performance, quality and fuel consumption is presented. Evaluation of individual thrashing systems is presented in the conclusion of this thesis together with answers to questions regarding the methodology of conducted measuring activities. Finally, findings from this thesis are applied in practice.
