This bachelor thesis is focused on a new building of office building in Telc within Technology transfer center. The shape of the land is trapezoidal and it is located in immediate proximity of the 1st class road, Třebíčská street. There are some others buildings of varios function near – college, administrative houses, houses of production, hall of residence. Its top view is rounded, defined by four ring arcs. The building is gaining mass with its height. It is situated on the northeast side of an estate, plot of land No. 5782/1. There is a car park in front of the building. There are a space laboratory for research and development of biological stuff, spaces for administration and management and biogas plant controling centre inside. The dominant space is an entrance hall with a staircase. The staircase is solved in Part D - architectural detail.

The concept of design is in contrast rectangular mass units with a soft outer shell halls. This transparent ETFE foil sheath immaterial defines the basic volume halls. In contrast, there is the austere cubic mass, consisting of a layer of vertical adjustable curtains in red, which allow control of lighting conditions indoors. Working solution is based on the universality and flexibility of spatial concepts, for use of the area is variable, reflecting the wide professional profile Sciences and technically oriented part of the faculty. Building structure enables change of any user, modification technologies in short cycles and adaptability in terms of surface require. At the is used the principle of "shell and core", ie equipment basic service core is enclosed inside, and other equipment will be easily refillable according to the needs of a specific user. The design consists of three consecutive mass communication-related neck. At the first mass there is entrance space, sanitary facilities, offices, laboratories and technical facilities. At other two mass there are halls, the first is about half the size of the other. These indoor spaces can be variably split a total of 12 identical units (for each unit are the storage areas, sanitary facilities and offices) Storage areas are placed under the hall, as well as underground parking. Connecting neck serves not only to communicate as such, but it is a social or relaxing space. In this area at the same time meet all the staff and transmit a valuable experience.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the development of pre-designed architectural study to the project documentation including architectural and technical detail. By entering the study was to create a building Technology transfer centre of Brno University of technology, neighborhood Královo Pole. Technology transfer centre is bi-directional transfer of know-how between scientific research and the commercial sector. It is the mediation of new technologies, knowledge and research results. It is leaseable object that is located in the Brno Technology Park and consists of three parts. Administration, laboratories and production halls. The concept is a modular system in a raster 6x6x6 m, functional space structure, which is filled with the above-mentioned functions. The building is visually and functionally divided into two parts. The front part of the object consists of a module that it is divided into two storeys and thus form a rectangular grid, dimensionally more human scale. It is filled with administration and laboratories. The second part is the actual production halls left in the original cubic module.

The Bachelor’s Thesis is based on the architectural study done in the summer semester of the third year of bachelor’s studies of the topic Technology tranfer cetre BUT in Brno. Area of Technology transfer centre of BUT (Brno university of technology) is composed of three separated units - two production complexes and main buidling, which is used for administration in first floor and laboratories in second floor. Design is conditioned by two criteria - an adaptation of objects structure to configuration of terrain and a flexibility of function and logistic. Solution to these issues was to create main communication connected with existing communication. It provides easy and fast logistic service for the production complexes. Shape of the buildings follows contour lines. Due to dynamic shapes I designed simple industrial monochromatic facade, which allows an experimentation with the mass of the building. Line of the flat roof was broken by simple skylights. Strip windows potentiate horizontality in contrast with the main building, which has vertically based character. Industrial character of the complex was accentuated by using metallic facade and prefabricated concrete construction.

¨Bachelor thesis addresses the subject Technology Transfer Centre Brno - Královo pole- at Palacky hill in the technogy park Brno. TTC represents the institutional framework for the development and application of the results reserch at Brno University of Technology. It is also the contact point for companies interested in cooperation with the Technical University in the provided fields. The closest area is characterized by the proximity of different functions - universities, office spaces, space for light manufacturing, university colleges. The proposed building has four floors, simple monoblock, which replicates the shape of the land (trapezoid) is differentiated into 5 parts. These parts allow any hire parts of the object. The building have productions hall with private facilities, offices, laboratories and parking. The dominant feature is the entrance hall, which is glass and open. Entrance is framed with corteno sheet. In entrance hall is open staircase with corten banister, which is addressed in Part D in architectural detail. Supply object is behind the building, there are manipulating courts which are directly linked to the warehouses. The building is oriented mainly longitudinally - East west.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an industrial building - VUT Technology Transfer Center. The work is based on a previously developed architectural study from subject AG034. The proposed plot of land is located in the Brno-Královo Pole district, specifically at the Technology Park area, near Palackého vrch. This is an undeveloped plot of land that has a very specific terrain relief. The proposed industrial area is located on the eastern edge of the plot, to enable the possible further use of the rest of the plot. The technology transfer center should primarily serve as a testing and verification center for workers and students of BUT in Brno. The campus is divided into three main parts. The first part is the entrance building where the administrative part and laboratory area are located. The second part consists of an open three-story parking lot with a technical part. Both of these buildings are accessible from Kolejní street. The last part of the area consists of production (testing) halls. Six of these rentable halls are designed in the project, and each hall has its own sanitary facilities and office space. The entrance to the plot for supply is proposed from Technická Street. A new road is created here, which ends with a roundabout. The production halls are designed in such a way that they are illuminated as much as possible. That's why a lightweight profiled cladding was used for the exterior cladding. Extensive green roofs with the possibility of placing photovoltaic panels are designed on all buildings. Green roofs should look natural and connect the building with the surroundings. The entire campus is designed in such a way that there are clearly separated functions and operations of individual objects.
