First one is focused on influence of Sweden, later Swedish-Finns, on history of Finland, on its culture, language growth and finding key circumstance, which has influence on escalation of language conflicts. Second part is devoted to juristic concept. Last part is focused on economical and political status, mainly to subjects, for which is language question primary topic. Basic question of thesis is: How the position of Swedish minority has changed? Thesis also verifies following hypothesis: Escalation of conflicts is based on Swedish tendencies of centralization of power; political and juristic status of Swedish minority weakens because of decreasing Swedish-speaking citizens number.
