Classroom Climate at a Primary School
NAVRÁTILOVÁ, Andrea
This dissertation work focuses on societal climate of an elementary school class. The work is dividend into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part concentrates mainly on the knowledge related to the climate, explanation of the terms such as social group, class and school climate, environment and atmosphere. I characterize the younger school age of examined pupils in detail. Then there are other factors that have an influence on class climate. The practical part concentrates on the research of the actual and ideal school climate both in cities and in the country. I also focus on the difference of perception of the climate between boys and girls. This research was conducted at schools in Jihlava region, specifically in the fifth grades. ?My Class Inventory? questionnaire was used for the research and the results are arranged in charts and graphs with a commentary.
Use of calculation of 14CO2 volume activity for reconstruction of radiocarbon content changes in atmosphere
Světlík, Ivo ; Fejgl, M. ; Turek, Karel ; Pachnerová Brabcová, Kateřina ; Tomášková, Lenka
Atmospheric 14CO2 provides valuable information for better specification of carbon transport in nature. Radioactive 14C allows calculating some data related to the residence time of carbon in natural sinks as the atmosphere, oceans and biota. The work presents the estimation of 14CO2 content temporal changes in the atmosphere using the radiocarbon calibration curve IntCal09 and data about CO2 concentration during last 50 thousands years.
The class climate of the first-year of secondary schools depending on the adaptation course
PYTLÍKOVÁ, Anna
The work deals with the comparison of classes that have taken part in an adaptation course to those that have not. The theoretical part describes a class as a small social group and refers to its structure. It also deals with group dynamics and explains developmental stages of a small social group. Further, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on class climate, environment and atmosphere. It describes the adaptation course and defines its aims as well. The practical part of the thesis contains a description and an analysis of questionnaires that were assigned to the first year classes of the four-year grammar schools in the early days of the school year 2011/2012 and in the beginning of November the same year. Based on the analysis of questionnaires, this part also deals with identifying differences among these classes. It points out that the differences among these classes are small but, nevertheless, the adaptation courses are of benefit to the whole class.
... and trees are going to wake up.
SROGONČÍKOVÁ, Kateřina
ABSTRACT This practice-oriented diploma paper consists of painting series of five larger-format paintings. These are made of acrylic paints on fibreboards. As regards the form and content, it is a coherent series focused on free artistic expression of personal emotional experiences of confidentially-known landscape poetry. It primarily attends to tree as a solitair. In it´s supporting theoretical thesis the work deals with a survey of selected form changes of equally ideologically oriented artistic acquisitions in South Bohemian landscape-painting genre.
Factors influencing the escape and spread of harmful substances
TESAŘ, Martin
Currently, harmful substances are released to the air more often and they threaten the safety of people because of their increasing amount being operated, stored and transported in the Czech Republic. The present thread is that the disasters in which harmful substances are released do not occur sporadically. Unintentional release may appear during their treatment, storage or transportation for many reasons, especially due to a natural disaster, technical cause or human failure. New causes of release have occurred recently {--} malicious intent and terrorist attack. This thesis creates a complex view of the branches of science and other areas dealing with the spread of harmful substances in the air. Emission of harmful substances is influenced by many factors which are very difficult or sometimes impossible to model mathematically. There exist a lot of mathematical models which differ according to the factor they treat. They concern models of outflow, dispersion and evaporation. The fire brigade in České Budějovice uses only one calculation model for estimating the emission of harmful substances - model ROZEX 2001.The result of this thesis may be used as a model for analysis and assessment of harmful substance release.
Artistic objects in interior
SVOBODOVÁ, Dana
Theoretical part of this diploma thesis sums up a wide theme of placing artistic objects in interior and exterior. Ideas like enviroment creating, atmosphere, space, construction, psychological aspects of architecture are mentioned. Basical tendences of placing the artistic objects and their function are defined. Some exaples of placing the artistic objects in architecture are named. In practical part of this thesis are worked up concepts for placing a concrete artistic object, redesign of logotype and informational system of cultural establishment ``Pasáž{\crqq} in Třebíč.
Exoposure of Citizen and Emplyee of Municipal Transport to Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) Contained in the Atmosphere at Travelling in Prague
Tydlitát, Vratislav ; Kotlík, B. ; Mikešová, M.
Concentration of PAHs, the number of aerosol particles of wide size spectrum, mass content of PM10 , PM2,5 and microclimatic parameters in atmosphere of Prague tram were measured in november 2008 and may 2009 on ost/west and south/nord lines. Concentration of PAHs TEFs does not overstep 30% over recomended limit 1ng.m-3. Mean concentration of PM10 during 8 hours oversteps permitted limit 50 g.m-3 more than three times, at PM2,5 oversteps the limit two times. At pollution asserts oneself emissions from vehicles at frequent parallel tram lines and transport lines. It is estimate the measure of exposure of the participant of tram tarffic to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and to aerosole particles . PM10 , PM2,5 a PM1.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in the Prague Atmosphere during the Years 2006 and 2007
Tydlitát, Vratislav ; Kotlík, B. ; Janota, J.
Six dependances of the sums of twelve selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons content in the atmosphere on mean temperature in Prague atmoshere are presented in graphs. The data for PAHs with TEFs from 0,01 to 1 were measured in Prague in the years 2006 and 2007 on three monitoring stations in the town. Dependences shows steep grow of concentrations of PAHs with descending temperature. Similar results obtained authors at measurements of PAHs on aerosols PM10 in the year 2005. The high concentration values of PAHs occures at temperatures under 10°C. At these temperatures operates heating of buildings. I t is not a reason to expect at low teperatures the growing of traffic emissons. The authors hence adjudge the majoritarian growing of PAHs content at temperatures below 10°C to emissions from heating of buildings, in particular by the use of solid fuels.
