Issues of territorial development in the cottage settlements of the Pelhřimov districkt and their solutions

The bachelor thesis is focused on cottage recreation in the Pelhřimov district, including its development problems. The work follows the diploma thesis of Iveta Bartesová, who mapped the distribution of cottage settlement in this territory. This bachelor thesis contains a field survey evaluation of the cottage settlement, an evaluation of interviews with the cottage owners on the subject of cottage recreation problems in each cottage settlement and the discussions with the Building Authority staff as well as the village authorities on issues of cottage recreation in their areas. At first there is discussed the literature focusing on the secondary housing, especially cottage recreation. The following section is focusing on the geographical characteristics of the district, with an emphasis on the connection with secondary housing. The methodological chapter is followed by the most important part of the bachelor thesis ? the evaluation of the territorial development problems of the cottage settlement in the district Pelhřimov, particularly problems associated with the protection of nature, landscape, flood protection and technical infrastructure equipment.
Possibilities of teritorial and regional development on area of Staré Město pod Landštejnem village

In this thesis was created a medium-term draft of actions for the local development needs of village Staré Město pod Landštejnem based on economic, social and organizational possibilities that the village has. This draft was based on the analysis of themes from a questionnaire survey among residents of the village, interviews with local actors, existing development documents related to the community and the author's own ideas. A part of this thesis is the geographical characteristics of the village area and the analysis of literature dealing with the countryside, especially its local and regional development, spatial planning and territorial development of rural settlements and the surrounding landscape, including the analysis of materials prepared for the municipality. Another important output of the thesis is to summarize and supply the existing principles for spatial and landscape planning in the village.

This graduation theses deals with the system of spatial planning in the Republic of Ireland. Its aim is to determine the main advantages and disadvantages of the Dublin approach to planning. The first part deals with the socio-economic characteristics of Ireland, which creates the necessary background for subsequent analysis of the Irish system of spatial planning. The analysis includes a legislative framework, an institutional system or practical aspects of the planning documents. At the end the positive and negative aspects are spoken.

This thesis deals with the management of cultural values in spatial planning in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first part attention is paid to issues of cultural values in the area and the concept of spatial planning in the Czech Republic, which is seen as areas of cooperation -- land-use planning and regional planning policy. The practical part is trying to apply the knowledge of a theoretical part on the example of the administrative area of municipality Teplá, which is located in Karlovy Vary Region.

This bachelor work is focused on exploring issues of spatial planning in Czech Republic. The introductory part focus on the characteristics of the planning model applied in Czech Republic. The integral part of work is analysis of the most important tools of spatial planning, institutional and legislative structures. The next chapter identify the most fundamental changes in legislation over the previous legislation in force as amended by Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on town country planning and building code (Building Act). Results of the descriptive and analytical methods in this bachelor work are identifications of the most serious problems which the Czech planning is currently facing or may face in the future.

Thesis titled Spatial planning in Germany - comparison with the Czech Republic is focused on characterizing the spatial planning system in this European country. Work in his introduction, contains the definition of basic concepts and issues in spatial planning. For a better understanding of the German system of spatial planning, there will be socio-economic analysis conducted in Germany, which will build on the very characteristics of spatial planning. Then at the appropriate levels of spatial planning will be given particular case of implementation of such planning in Germany at a practical level. The last part represents the comparison of German spatial planning with the concept of planning in the Czech Republic referring to fundamental differences and similarities.
Evaluation of small urban structures development problems.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to describe and analyze the specific problems of developing rural village Purkarec. The work was approached from the perspective of spatial planning and land consolidation. These procedures were applied in the preparation of various projects. The selected area was described in terms of natural and cultural values and in terms of rural infrastructure. Described are the land use limits, which is a limiting factor for development. By using SWOT analysis were solve specific problems and their projects were designed. The analysis resulted in opportunities of development especially in tourism - the construction cycle ways, the implementation of the ferry. It also highlights the need of implement land consolidation. Also the future construction of houses is essential. The construction of cycle ways should be focused by their multi-functionality of the proposal. Maintenance plans are mainly limiting to possibility of building additional housing, the principles were established sufficiently friendly to nature and landscape character. Selected rural development projects were evaluated according to the most important local area factors. Using the assessment was drawn up a timetable for implementation of individual projects. The enclosures of the thesis are maps created in ArcGIS program. The maps express the relationships of development measures in this location.
Comparison of the model of spatial planning in Sweden with the model used in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis Comparison of the model of spatial planning in Sweden with the model used in the Czech Republic describes the planning models in these two countries. In the case of Sweden, it is a model of spatial planning. The Czech planning model is divided into two different units -- regional and urban planning. The work is divided into four separated parts. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of Sweden in terms of socio-economic structure, which is the basis for the description of the Swedish planning model. Another part focuses on models of planning in both countries. The main part of this work consists of the comparison of the two models; the spatial / territorial and the regional planning. Furthermore, the project will discuss the determination of identical and different features and will also describe the advantages and disadvantages of the Swedish model of planning in relation to the Czech model.

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is a characteristic of a model of spatial planning in Greece and its comparation with dual-planning model used in the Czech Republic. The first section contains the definition of basic concepts of spatial respectively land-use/regional planning. The basis of the thesis consists of analysis of planning systems in Greece and the Czech Republic and their comparison. Input basis for this analysis is socioeconomic characteristics of Greece. The analysis of used system contains outlines the institutional and legislative environment of the country. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of planning models capture the essential differences and common features of models of planning in both of the selected country.
