The established practices in inclusive education in Germany

The thesis deals with the issue of the integration of established practices in inclusive education. As a target country for processing has been selected the Federal Republic of Germany. The first part deals with basic facts about migration of foreigners to Germany with the respect of current events. It also addresses the topic of integration, where are mapped the general integration efforts from the government, organizations and volunteers. Then the thesis is focused on the issue of provision of language courses and inclusive education for children of foreigners. These theoretical parts are complemented by real observations from the German environment. Final theoretical part is about multilingualism, with an emphasis on teaching the main language in the classes for foreigners, qualification and competence of teachers, principles and methods of teaching the second language which is relevant for these classes. The practical part creates the concept of teaching immigrant children by using theoretical information. It includes intercultural aspects and the most intensive way, how to transmit the information. Last part contains description of teaching course, which was implemented in practice.
Germany's attitude to development of Ukraine crisis during years 2013-2014

This work engages in circumstances related to escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. It tries to justify Germany's evident efforts to calm the situation down. In introduction it provides theoretical basis by defining actor and interdependence theory, which are subsequently applied to Germany's and Ukraine's position in the field of international relations. Term interdependence is explained in accordance with economic relations between Germany and Russia. Second part of this work is focused on German foreign policy since its shaping, institutional background to implementation within the European Union. In the third part, that could be considered as core of bachelor thesis, are chronological described events and attitudes of leading German politicians to violations of international law by Russia. The final chapter analyses German's diplomacy participation on negotiation process, establishment and enforcement of Minsk agreements.

This bachelor thesis aims to clarify the role of the Federal Republic of Germany in the process of reforming the United Nations. It is divided into two main parts, first of them describing the reform measures proposed in the report High-level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change: More Secure World: Our Shared Responsibility, and the second analyzing Germany's policy towards them. In the analysis of Germany's perspective, the alignment of its policies with the High-level Panel as well as the support or opposition from other UN Member States is examined. The structure remains the same throughout the two parts, with each subchapter focusing on a specific UN body and the addition of the UN Charter.
Rhineland-Palatinate: analysis of the economic position in the Federal Republic of Germany, relations with the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to present Rhineland-Palatinate as one of the states of the Federal Republic of Germany. The thesis deals with the economy of this state and analyzes its position within the Federal Republic of Germany.The thesis also describes relations between Rhineland-Palatinate and the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristic of Rhineland-Palatinate. The second chapter of the thesis describes the economy of Rhineland-Palatinate and its position within Germany and the last chapter deals with the relations of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Czech Republic.
Germany's EU policy

The bachelor thesis deals with Germany's EU-policy focusing on the current Cabinet led by Angela Merkel. The determinants of the German EU-policy, in particular the historical role of the Federal Republic of Germany in the European integration process, the position and representation of Germany in the institutions of the EU and the institutional architecture of the EU-agenda in Germany, are briefly mentioned. Moreover, research is done on the general features of the current EU-policy, its legitimacy and three selected current topics -- the German policy in crisis, the German role in the current EU-multiannual financial framework negotiations and the German energy policy towards the EU.
Role of the Czech Republic in the International Trade

This Bachelor Thesis titled Role of the Czech Republic in the International Trade deals with a current situation of Czech exporters on international markets and with new opportunities which arise for them nowadays. At the very beginning the foreign trade policy of the Czech Republic is defined, it is presented how the government can influence its exporters and to what extent this role has been affected by the membership in the European Union. Also, the immense importance of the biggest trading partner of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, is described and some new markets with a great potential are defined. Finally, the given data are supported with concrete information from a particular company and therefore the company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. and its figures are introduced.
The Czech Business Environment from the Point of View of German Investors

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the Czech business environment, to determine its specifics, strengths and weaknesses including addition of the point of view of German investors. The method of situation analysis of the particular factors, which determine the business environment, with addition of the surveys of ČNOPK based on questionnaire examination, that are regularly done by this institution for several years, and of the individual interviews with the representatives of the firms of German investors or institutions acting in the field of German-Czech economic cooperation, was used to reach this aim. This thesis should be the source of information for the future entrepreneurs on the Czech market, above all for potential German investors.
The comparison of Czech–German and Slovak–German relations at the beginning of the 21st century

This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of Czech-German and Slovak-German relations at the beginning of the 21st century. Its theoretical part separately outlines Czech-German and Slovak-German relations respectively between the years 2000 and 2014. The practical part offers a comparison of both of the bilateral relations within the mentioned period. This thesis aims to compare the intensity of recent Czech-German and Slovak-German relations on the political, economic and cultural level, evaluate them while assessing, which of the two countries Czech Republic and Slovak Republic is currently a more important partner for the Federal Republic of Germany.
Assertion of Czechs on the Labour Market in Germany

This bachelor thesis engages in multinational labour market and labour migration in the European Union, it's history and evolution focusing especially on the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The bachelor thesis takes account of the basic macroeconomic quantities like unemployment or wage policies, compares them and explores dependencies on location, sex or education of the employees. It focuses on the tax policies and social policies as well. The bachelor thesis solves particular figures considering the distribution of the Czech employees in the Federal Republic of Germany, depending on the geographical location, age, sex or education. The bachelor thesis occupies with the most common branches, Czech people find their use in, too. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, the attractiveness of working in Germany for FM VŠE students is being solved.
Czech-German Future Fund

This bachelor's thesis deals with the Czech-German Future Fund, which was based on the Czech-German Declaration. The thesis describes its establishment, activities and also provides a general evaluation of its benefits. Firstly, there is a short development of the Czech-German relations stated. Several selected topics, which the Declaration and also the Fund had to cope with, are broached as well. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the purpose of this foundation, the way of its management and financing. Moreover, the thesis provides an overview of the Fund's activities. A significant part of this thesis is the evaluation of its benefits as well as the question, whether the Fund is still relevant.
