Analýza vymezených prvků ÚSES v porovnání s jejich skutečným stavem

Studie navrhuje metodický postup ověření skutečného stavu ÚSES na jednotlivých hierarchických úrovních a prověření aplikaci územního systému ekologické stability (ÚSES) v praxi, a to především na úseku územního plánování obcí. Analytická část porovnává návaznosti mezi plány ÚSES a územními plány (ÚP) obcí v území působnosti vybraných obcí s rozšířenou působností (ORP). Metodika a výstupy z analytické části by měly v dalším kroku sloužit jako podklady pro část srovnávací zaměřenou na návaznost mezi vymezenými prvky ÚSES zahrnutými v územních plánech obcí a skutečným stavem, zjištěným na základě terénních šetření ve vegetační sezóně. Jsou definovány nejčastější problémy v dané oblasti a návrhy jejich řešení.

Odborná východiska pro zpracování metodiky vymezování ÚSES

Studie přináší analýzy a odborná stanoviska nezbytná pro zpracování metodiky pro vymezování ÚSES. Obsahuje vyhodnocení stávajících metodik, definici pojmů v dané oblasti, popisuje role jednotlivých subjektů v procesu vymezování ÚSES, vztahy a vazby mezi různými úrovněmi státní správy při stanovování zásad územního rozvoje a návrh metodiky zpracování plánů ÚSES pro účely zapracování do územních plánů obcí. V příloze je uvedena analýza zásad územního rozvoje krajů.

Functional connectivity and quality of biocentres in the border area of Šumava and Bavarian Forest National Parks

The Bohemian Forest, a mountain range located in Central Europe on the border between the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria, has many well-known qualities. The areas of Modravské slatě moors and Trojmezná, are considered to be the most valuable biocenters in the Czech part of the Bohemian Forest. This Master thesis confirms the quality of these areas in a transboundary context Natura 2000 habitats and their representativeness. A new transboundary (European) biocentre is proposed and its importance for several species is discussed.

Land adjustment evaluation in light of ecological stability in Southern bohemia.

The thesis deals with the influence of completed projects on land consolidation in the ecological stability of a territory. In cooperation with the relevant land offices was selected a set of land adjustments with an increased intensity to environmental stability. This file was differentiated into degrees of stability of the area and an ecological stability of the land was calculated. A framework of ecological stability was defined . After a field research, a functionality of each elements of TSES was evaluated. The actual situation with and the project of land consolidation were compared. Measures to maintain ecological stability were proposed as well as other possible stabilization for the area, that are feasible within the land adjustment.

Evaluation of effectiveness of designed and implemented land consolidation

The thesis deals with the state of the territory in the Českokrumlovsko-region before the land consolidation and the design and implementation state. As model land consolidation, the comprehensive land consolidation of Přídolí was chosen with a detailed examination of the plan of the common facilities. Individual measures in the plan of the common facilities were studied in the design, evaluated in the terrain and possibly supplemented by further proposals. The reconnaissance showed that the elements suggested in the selected land consolidation do not correspond with the real state. The acquired results were generalized for the projection of the comprehensive land consolidation. The problem turned out to be a fact, that the most suggested measures remain unimplemented.
