Apartment building, Letovice

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Letovice (district Blansko). It is a detached building with partial basement, on a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 11 residential units. On first, second and third floor are situated three flats and on fourth floor are only 2 flats. The building is designed of structural system of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Residential apartments Olšav

The bachelor´s thesis whit the topic of a residential building Olsav prepares project documentation at the level for construction. The building is located in built-up area of the housing estate Olsav in the southwest of Uhersky Brod. The building is situated in a slightly sloping terrain with maximum elevation 1,4 m. The shape of the plot is irregular with gradient from northeast to southwest. The main purpose was to create comfortable and achievable living for young families. It is a newly built four-storey apartment building, which is partially basement. The apartment building has a total of 14 residential units, cellars and technical facilities of the house. The size range is from 2+kk to 6+kk. It is a rugged house with the main entrance from northwest side. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation systém. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and five footing also made of plain concrate. The foundations will be connected in stages. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofing of the building is designed by a single-skin flat roof.
Apartment building

The main focus of the bachelor thesis was the development of complete project documentation for an apartment building that meets demanding requirements for energy efficiency. The building is located on the outskirts of the village of Ivančice and is located on land with parcel number 900/1. The building has an irregular rectangular shape. The apartment building has two above-ground and one underground floors. In the underground floor there are various cellars, garages and a technical room. The first and second floors include a total of eight residential units, four 3+kk apartments and four 2+kk apartments. The foundations are made of monolithic belts made of plain concrete. The construction of the underground floor is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, while the other perimeter walls are made of HELUZ ceramic blocks. To increase thermal insulation, contact insulation made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) boards was used, and the ceilings are made of reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as flat. An elevator is installed in the apartment building for easy and convenient access between floors. The staircase is made as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the processing of a project in the form of documentation for the construction of a detached house in accordance with current legislation. The aim of the thesis is to design and describe the proposed layout of the building, appropriately select the structural system and materials, design siting of the building with consideration for the existing land conditions and respect the surrounding development. The basis for this work was municipality's land-use plan, land registry records, and a geological map. The new construction will be situated on a slightly sloping building plot in a remote and quiet part of the village of Petrovice u Karviné, on an area which use is according to the regional planning documentation for living houses. The proposed detached house is a two-story structure with a partial basement, designed to accommodate four people. The project focuses on creating a functional home with optimal use of space and clear separation of individual zones. The chosen structural system is a wall system. Ceramic blocks without external contact insulation were used for the perimeter masonry, while the basement perimeter masonry are made of monolithic concrete using lost formwork. The horizontal load-bearing structures will be constructed using reinforced concrete. The roofing of the second floor is designed as a wooden roof with a plasterboard ceiling and metal roofing. The second part of the building, located above the first is covered by a flat, vegetated roof with an attic. A storage space for groceries is planned in the basement. On the first floor there is a communication and social zone, primarily consisting of a spacious living room with a dining area and a kitchenette. The second floor accommodates the separate sleeping area, including children's rooms and a master bedroom. Both floors feature a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Apartment building in Nové Město na Moravě

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is a new residential building in the village of Nové Město na Moravě on Purkyňova Street. It is a detached building with a full basement, consisting of one underground level and five above-ground floors. The project includes 14 residential units, categorized as 2+kk and 3+1, with their own sanitary facilities. All apartments, except fot two the first floor, are equipped with a loggia or balcony. Each apartment is assigned one of the basement storage units in the building´s basement. The resisdential building also includes space available for rent on the ground floor. The basement provides complete facilities for the apartment building. The residential building is founded on a reinforced concrete slab. The perimeter structures of the underground level are constructed with concrete blocks using permanent formwork. All other vertical structures are made od ceramic blocks. The entire building is insulated with an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (STICS), using XPS polystyrene for the base part and mineral wool for the above-ground levels. The horizontal structures and staircases are made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with flat roofs at different levels, designed with a vegetative layer.

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Super-standard family house processes project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The building is located in the village of Chomoutov in the Olomouc region. The object is situated on a flat plot of land. The shape of the plot is square. It is a two-story family house with a partial basement. The family house has an indoor pool. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks with mineral wool filling. The non-basement part of the building is based on plain concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected in stages. The basement part consists of a white bathtub. The horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is a gable roof over the living area and a single-layer flat roof over the pool.

This bachelor's thesis prepares project documentation at the level of construction. The apartment building is located in the northern built-up part of the city of Litovel. It is designed as a three-story building without a basement. In total, it includes 8 apartment units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, and 3+kk, which are supplemented with cellars, technical facilities, garages, and common areas. The entrance to the building is on the east side. The residential building's vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of calcium silicate blocks. The building is insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation system. The foundation of the structure is implemented with plain concrete footings, and the foundations will be progressively interconnected. The horizontal structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic cross-reinforced slabs. The roof of the residential building is a flat single-skin green roof. The material and color scheme of the facade are adapted to the surrounding development.
Apartment building with a shop in Hustopeče

A new residential building with a commercial space was designed on plot number 4542/245 in the cadastral area of the city of Hustopeče. The building has 3 above-ground floors and a basement. The first floor consists of a 3-bedroom apartment (3+KK) and a toy store. The second and third floors are identical, each containing one 3-bedroom apartment (3+KK) and one 4-bedroom apartment (4+KK). The first basement floor houses storage rooms, a utility room, and 3 separate garages. In total, the building consists of 5 residential units and 1 commercial space. The residential area and the commercial space have separate entrances. The entire building, including Apartment 101, is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. The external load-bearing structures of the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks, while the basement floor uses insulated concrete formwork. The foundation structures consist of plain concrete footing strips. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete and ceramic concrete panels. The staircase is prefabricated with reinforced concrete. The roof above the residential units is a heavy, sloping green roof, while the roof above the staircase area is flat.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to develop a project of a guest house with almost zero energy consumption at the level of documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is situated on the outskirts of Vrbno pod Pradědem. The guesthouse is designed as a brick building with two above-ground floors with partial basement. It has twelve rooms with a total capacity of 24 accommodated persons. Part of the building is a restaurant with its own entrance and facilities. The structural system of the underground floor is combined from monolithic reinforced concrete. The above-ground floors are designed as a longitudinal wall system with load-bearing walls made of aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling of the individual floors is designed as a one-way reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The ceiling of some rooms consists of a visible truss of a sloping pitched roof with metal roofing in a small slope. The corridor necks are topped by a flat extensive vegetation roof. The building has a designed collective garage within the ground plan of the first underground floor, including ski storage and guest house facilities. On the first floor there are 6 residential units, reception, kitchen, restaurant and its facilities. On the second floor we find the remaining 6 residential units.
