The conclusion of this bachelor thesis refers to the divergence of views and brings some tips for arraising the effectiveness of the employee hiring and selection process.

Subject of this diploma thesis is Personal work analysis. The first part of the thesis consists of theory on personal work and activities. The second part applies theory on personal work analysis at Vodohospodářský Rozvoj a Výstavba a.s.. The main target of the thesis is to describe and evaluate personal activities and to propose measures, which would lead to improvement of personal work in the company.

Personnel marketing of banking istitution in the time of comming recession

The diploma thesis is covering questions of personnel marketing ( means problems of personnel branding and the recruitment process) of one of the biggest banking institution from the czech market in the time of comming recession. The thesis involve an aspect of marketing and a description of recruitment process. Also there is a description of main concequences of the financial crise to the labour market with the influences on the process of personnel marketing. Iintroducing of the organisation is followed by analysis of exact activities concerning personnel marketing, evaluation of these activities, which is based on studying of technical literature and companie's documentation. Finally there are some proposals to improve the quality of these processes.

Obtaining, choice, hiring the workers and their adapting in the Czech Telecomunication Office

This work intents to analyze the process how to obtain, choose and accept the workers and their adapting in the Czech Telecomunication Office.The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a character of particural personal activities which are personal planning, obtaining, choice, hiring the workers and their adapting. In the practical part of the work we analyze the course of the whole process.The Czech Telecommunication Office's task is the market regulation and the determination of business conditions in the area of electronic communications and postal services. After evaluation of the whole process we found out some small inadequacies and we subsequently suggest such proceeding to improve this process.The analysis was carried out with the cooperation of the personal department in the Czech Telecomunication Office that provided useful information for the processing of the practical part of this work.

Employees recruitment analysis and evaluation

The thesis analyses and evaluates methods of employees recruitment in specific personal placement service. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained. Secondly, the analysing and evaluating part of the thesis containing three particular job placements is proceeded. Thirdly, the closing part contains evaluation and conclusion of used methods and at the same time suggests another methods that can be possibly used for this particular purpose.
