Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the KORADO, a.s. Company and Proposals for its Improvement

Thesis deals with the financial soundness of the company KORÁDO, a.s., which evaluates the use of selected indicators of financial analysis. The work is divided into three basic parts. In the first part are defined the theoretical bases of methods for processing of financial analysis. In the second part is the selected method applied to the accounting data of the company in the years 2007-2010. Subsequently, the selected values of indicators, compared with the industry values. The third part is devoted to the recommendations for the improvement of the current financial situation of the company.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of VHS plus, spol. s r. o. financial situation from 2007 to 2010, using methods of financial analysis. Information for calculations was obtained from balance sheet and profit and loss statement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the methods of financial analysis are described and the theory is practically applied in the practical part. Important part of this thesis is proposals to improvement. Here are suggested the procedures for dealing with flaws found out from financial analysis.

Bachelor thesis "The evaluation of company's financial situation and the proposal for it's resolution". The theoretical part deals with the financial analysis which is focused on its resources, methods, method of calculation and interpretation of the results. The practical part treats with its application in the company. I will elaborate the financial analysis for the Agricultural cooperative in Unčovice. After carying out the analysis, I will evaluate its contemporary financial situation and offer the possible resolutions to improve this given situation and to maintain it in the optimal conditions necessary for the regular operation of the company.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of Slovácké Strojírny, a.s. from 2007 - 2010. The theoretical part is devoted to literary research, where I am trying to outline the nature and importance of financial analysis precisely. The practical part includes a brief introduction of the company and further investigation carried out by financial analysis. The final part contains the results of the evaluation findings including recomendations and suggestions for further business activity.

Analysis of Economic Indicators Using Statistical Methods

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of economical indexes of selected company. The source of information is documentation from accounting firm. The effort was analyze the data from previous years from the accounting reports, to include the progress of indexes and predict future events. Thesis is divided to theoretical in which are described in statistical methods and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part I processes the real reports of company using financial analysis and time series analysis to make conclusions for future economic progress of the company. I finally implemented the analysis to the VBA midst for exploring the potential threats in the future.
