Impacts of shortage of places in kindergarten in the Czech Republic´s tax revenues

The thesis focuses on impacts of shortage of places in kindergarten in the Czech Republic's tax revenues due to reduced participation of women in labor market. Within the work is described the situation on imaginary kindergarten market. The supply side is made of kindergartens and the demand side is made of children between age 3 and 6 and their parents. Comparasion of cost expended on establishing new positions in kinderkarten with tax revenue is illustrated by cost benefit analysis. The goal of cost benefit analysis in this work is to prove or disprove expediency hypothesis of establishing new positions in kindergartens in comparison with total lost tax revenue.
Organizational culture in terms of preschool education

The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the organizational culture in terms of preschool education, particularly at nursery schools. There are specific elements of the organizational culture for preschool education as well as factors that affect organizational culture at nursery schools within the external and internal environment of the school. This thesis diagnoses the organizational culture at a particular nursery school. Based on this diagnosis, we can say that a strong organizational culture can be created even at a nursery school. There is also the relationship between organizational culture, effectiveness of organization and quality of education that implies from the positive evaluation of this nursery school. The thesis draws up recommendations for this specific nursery school, which are focused primarily on communication and foreknowledge. Recommendations are designed for founders of public nursery school as well. In terms of public nursery school, there should not be an argument of a lack of funds from this perspective, there should rather be a better utilization of that a strong organizational culture offers.
Possibilities and limits of preschool education of french language based on the example of the international preschool Blue Sky

This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of preschool education of french language, its possibilities and limits. The question is considered from a psychological perspective and the starting point is the mental evolution of child. The main aim is to discover if it?s possible to teach french language in the early years, from three to six years old, and, if so, how and with which results. Investigations were conducted in two preschools for which the author prepared and with a native speaker taught french lessons. Final results of this thesis follow from this personal experience of the author.
Pre-primary education comparison within EU countries: Czech Republic and Romania

The theoretical part of thesis deals with the education system in two European countries. Firstly it is briefly introduced Romania and then it is collectively deals with it educational policy. At the same way it is continued with the education system in Czech Republic which deals with the historical development of education in the Czech countries and with current educational system. Another section of theoretical part is pres-school institutions in the Czech Republic and Romania. In both countries is described the historical development by descriptive information?s with graphs and tables. The historical development is followed by current state of pre-school institutions in Czech Republic and Romania. It is chosen two specific kindergartens for the practical part of thesis. The first one is located in Sulejovice, Czech Republic and the other is located is Sfanta Elena, Romania.

This work deals with the meaning of school as an educational establishment (mainly of a kindergarten) and it´s place in the society. Trying to find the answer for the question: {\clqq}What is the position of a kindergarten in a present-day society in Czech?`` In it´s theoretical part it is concentrated on the profile of the topic and it´s social importance, including the development of the school system from historical point of view, function of school in educational, intergral and social sphere, specifities of a mersery school, determination of methods and aims of researching. The aim of this work is to confirm usefulness and possibility of versatility of playing the piano in kindergarten and its importance in shaping the relationship to music. To provide inspiration to teachers of nursery schools to use the piano. The content of the theoretical part is the characteristics of contemporary preschool education, the status of music in integrated education, the use of the piano in singing, listening, instrumental and physical activity, play the piano as a motivation. There is developed an offer of various activities with using the piano for children from kindergarten in practical part, verified their usefulness in practice, recorded children?s reaction. Research investigation is focused on the relationship of children to music and musical instruments.
Massage children in nursery school

The purpose of this work is to present massage techniques in a nursery school as a way to mental children?s contact and to prosocial admission to children?s collective. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with massage techniques, the mening and risks of thein utilization in a nursery school in connection with the physical and social development of preschool children. The practical part provides reservoir of massage techniques, it describes their utilization in integrated education in a nursery school and dheir inclusion in a thematic whole. The practical part is supplemented with a videorecording of the massage techniques.
The Gender in Kindergarten

This thesis seeks to map out what type of gender stereotypes the child in preschool age meet with and simultaneously establishes whether these stereotypes appear in children's behavior. The theoretical part focuses on describing the process of gender socialization and some gender stereotypes which we meet in the kindergarten environment. The creative part is based on the use of qualitative methods, namely observation and semi-structured interview. This part describes some specific situations which occurred during the investigation at two nursery schools and summarizes the results of interviews carried out with eighteen teachers of kindergartens. This part seeks for space for a possible change in the gender approach to children in preschool age. The whole work concludes gender Ten Commandments for nursery school teachers, which was compiled on the basis of findings from the research.
