Characterization Of Aln Thin Films Deposited On Thermally Processed Silicon Substrates Using Pe-Ald
Dallaev, Rashid
The aim of this work is to study topography and chemical composition of AlN thin films deposited on Si substrates previously exposed to various time of thermal processing using plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition technique. The samples were heated up to 500 °C for the period of 2 and 4 hours. Chemical composition of wafers and the films obtained are provided by Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Surface topography was investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM).
Surveying and production of a special map of a part of the Luba creek valley (cadastral area Malhostovice)
Veselý, Milan ; Kratochvíl, Richard (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to make a purpose map at a scale of 1: 500. The locality of the Luba brook was given as a locality for mapping. The tachymetry method was used for detailed mapping. The performed measurement was connected to the binding reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv. After calculating the coordinates of the detailed points, a topography was created and the data were transferred to a DMT triangular network to represent the elevation. All work was carried out in accordance with standards ČSN 01 3410 and ČSN 01 3411.
Study of the morphology of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite irradiated by argon ions
Komínek, Josef ; Kaspar, Pavel (referee) ; Sobola, Dinara (advisor)
The main task of this bachelor’s degree work is study of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) using atomif force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and XPS spectroscopy. HOPG is layered material: atoms in one layer have stronger bong between themselves than two atoms in two neighbouring layers. Wide application options require further study. HOPG is now commonly used in nano-industry. It is used as a dimension standard. HOPG of A quality was processed in this work. In order to get accurate 3D data of sample surface, AFM measuring was done. 3D models of surfaces of various sizes are made. For these purposes was used free AFM data tool. Height parameters are used to describe topography. Got parameters are important for further study.
Advanced methods of surface topography evaluation
Šindelka, Marek ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on a measuring and topography of a components´ surface evaluation and it contains the overview of basic methods which includes the description of contact and non-contact measuring devices. Furthermore, the thesis also describes ways of surface texture evaluation through profiled and areal method, including an outline of ČSN ISO parameters. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of metric threads´ M10 surface, crafted by diverse cutting and forming threads. The surface was scanned with the optical device called Alicona IFM G5 and it was evaluated through the profiled and areal method. The 2D and 3D parameters were acquired and then compared during the measuring.
3D Educational Application Using the Depth Sensors
Zubrik, Tomáš ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veľas, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with the creation of an interactive learning system that uses depth sensor and projector to render an interactive topographic map on the top of the sand surface. Our solution is based on the existing application AR Sandbox. Aditionally to the visualization elevation, the application allows the user to model the terrain model interactivelly, while guiding him by color distinguishment to create model correctly. We have developed an extension that allows the user to choose any part of the Earth's surface to create its model. The solution utilizes the full potential of the original application and offers the user an engaging experience in modeling the landforms or river basins. The result of this work is an operational system, which is helpful for gaining the knowledge in the field of topography and hydrology. User testing was evaluated using a UEQ questionnaire and has proven the usability, while achieving average score of 1.2, which is rated above-average on the UEQ scale.
Creation of the thematic map in Microstation
Valachovič, Patrik ; Berková, Alena (referee) ; Ježek, Jiří (advisor)
The final bachelor work aims to create a map of a city district Brno-Líšeň in map scale 1:500. Bachelor work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the characteristic of measured methods that were used. The second chapter is about measurement preparation and work materials. The third chapter describes the processing part of the calculation of measured data in a programming environment Groma v.11. Finally, in the fourth chapter, there is a graphic part which is situated in a programming environment MGEO and Microstation V8i.
Moravian Wine Center
Fűlőpová, Andrea ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
Modern winery complex hotel Hrůdek is situated on the north part of village Velké Pavlovice, in the heart of south Moravia the Czech Republic. Its significant placement on the south hillside offers beautiful views to the vineyards and apricot plantations. The architectural form of the building is inspired by the regularity and rhythm of vineyard lines, significant horizontal landscape around and rounded contour lines. Embedding of the building into the slope reacts to the topography of the terrain and refers to the traditional principle of local two-storey wine press houses. From the upper part is the entrance to the accommodation part and from the lover part of the slope is entrance to the wine cellar – the gallery of wine. Hotel offers 4-stars class accommodation, two congress halls, restaurant, wellness and gallery of the wine. Project integrates energetic eco-friendly concepts and its proposed as the self-sufficient building.
System for MEMS Gyroscope Testing
Hasík, Stanislav
This paper presents fundamental information about an apparatus for tests on MEMS gyroscopes. Within the introductory section, the measurement system used to test MEMS gyroscopes at a Honeywell laboratory is characterized; the set-up comprises a Polytec MSA-500 analyzer, goniometers, and a controller. The related practical part then describes an application developed with the LabVIEW software to control the position of the goniometers. Importantly, the discussed system is able to fully control two goniometer stages and to align the MEMS device surface into an orthogonal position with respect to the Polytec MSA-500 measurement unit.
Evaluation of selected surface characteristics of CW004A copper disintegrated by PWJ
Lehocká, D. ; Klich, Jiří
Paper deals with copper CW004A surface characteristics evaluation after\ndisintegration by enhanced pulsating water jet. The main aim was identify and\ndescribe areas of pulsating water jet disintegration effects on material with using\ncircular nozzle diameter. 25 samples were disintegrated at change traverse speed\nv = 0.1 – 20 mm·s-1, for assessment of individual areas formation. Surface\ncharacteristics were evaluated based on surface roughness parameters Ra [μm],\nRz [μm], Rp [μm], Rv [μm], mass material removal Δm [mg.mm-1] and volume\nmaterial removal Vm [mm3]. Based on experimental investigation, three areas of\npulsating water jet effects on material were determined.
Sepulchral monuments in the Inventories of the Historical and Artistic Monuments of the Archaeological Commission of the CASA and in the current inventory projects of the IAH of the CAS
Marešová, Jana ; Mezihoráková, Klára
The first part of the article (Jana Marešová) is dedicated to the sepulchral monuments in the Inventories of the Historical and Artistic Monuments published by Archaelogical Commission of the CASA. Specifically, it is focused on two transcription instructins and the difference between theory and reality. The second part (Klára Mezihoráková) is focused on the actual art-historical inventories prepared by the Institute of Art History of the CAS: Umělecké památky Moravy a Slezska [Artistic Monuments of Moravia and Silesia] and Umělecké památky Prahy [Artistic Monuments of Prague]. A systematic attention is devoted to the sepulcral monuments in these topographic series.
