The last ceiling is wooden. The roof structure consists of a wooden frame.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house. The L-shaped house is formed by residential part with gabled roof and a single deck tract with a flat roof. The whole architectural design of this ground-family house with an attic and its integration into the natural terrain creating favourable conditions for architectural effect of the building. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM.

This thesis is focused on the design of a low-energy family house with a design office. The building is proposed in the cadastral area of Švábenice. Location on plot number 1294/37, whose total area is 1154 m2. The building has one floor with a residential attic and no basement. The house is designed for a family of four. Part of the building is a design office for one worker with a place for visits. The foundation of the building is on concrete strips. The vertical structures throughout the building are brick fittings made of ceramic blocks. The horizontal structure is a prefabricated ceramic ceiling. The building is covered with a sloping gable roof at a slope of 36°. The non-pedestrian flat roof is above part of the premises.
Valuation of damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village of Šebetov

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the amount of indemnity for damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village Šebetov. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, associated with the topic. Furthermore, the approach of valuation of assets and insurance. The practical part uses theoretical knowledge addresses a specific case. First, the location is described, house and insured event (natural event – flash). Following the calculation of the time value immediately before the insured event, further costs are quantified to repair the damage incurred and then is detected current value after repairs. At the end, there is comparison of the time price comparisons of costs incurred for repairs and evaluation of the agreed sum insured in the insurance contract.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a design of family house located in the cadastral area of the town Valašské Meziříčí. It is a two-storey family house on a slope, with a garage and a terrace adjacent to the first ground floor, which performs the function as a housing for four to five member family. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendwix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal supporting structures are made of reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design documentation for detached house with workshop. The object is situated in the South- Moravian region, in the city of Šlapanice. Detached house is designed as 5+1 and planned as three-story building, with two above-ground floors and a basement. Workshop, which serve as a photo atelier is in the basement, with its own entrance from the east side of the plot. Besides of the photo atelier, there is toilet, cloak-room, bathroom and an office in the workshop. Photo atelier and family house are connected by staircase. Main entrance of the family house is on the north side of the house. There is entrance for pedestrians and drive way to the garage as well. Entrance for pedestrians is in a wind porch, which leads to the main hall with entrance to the garage. There is staircase nearby main entrance, which connects all floors. In the first floor there is common part of the house with living room, kitchen and study. In the second floor is a resting part made for sleep for all family members. Vertical load-bearing structures are made from clay-grinding bricks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are composed from clay inserts and there is a saddle roof, split to two parts.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design a detached house within a project document. A designed object is situated in a certain building site in a territory of Humpolec in Vysočina region. The detached house is conceived as a self-contained object, arranged for a fourmembered family. It is a 2-floor top view rectangle building on a slope with a partially embedded floor in a 1.S terrain. In a basement, there are technical and relaxing rooms with a sauna and a gym, in the first floor, there is a social and relaxing zone. The vertical constructions are made of formwork Best and ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm. The house is internally weatherproof and a facade ThermoWood is air-filtered. A horizontally supporting construction consists of a ceiling Porotherm. The roof of the detached house is made of two-layer roof construction in wooden tie beams.
