Proposal for Revitalization of the Nature Trail "Through the Valley of the Labe River" and its Verification and Use in Practice at Primary Schools

The diploma thesis is focused on the didactic use of the educational trail through the Elbe Valley for students of the 2nd grade of elementary school. The main goal of the thesis was to create a topic for the practical use of the existing educational trail through the Elbe Valley and at the same time to prove that excursion as an organizational form of teaching is thanks to its versatility an effective tool in the process of education and despite many difficulties to implement it it is worth the effort. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of the educational trail and its surroundings, the purpose, function and organization of the excursion and the inclusion of the science excursion in the Framework Educational Programmes of Basic Education. The second part of the thesis is a research - it contains a description of the author's worksheet and testing methods, i.e. pretest/posttest and attitude questionnaire. These were used on a pilot group of elementary school students participating in the excursion. The results of the survey show that the excursion can be perceived as an effective and at the same time popular form of teaching, through which it is possible to increase the effectiveness of teaching science at elementary school. Getting to know the realities of the region as part of the primary school

Science and social science curriculum in primary school can be introduced several ways. One of them is regional approach. Thesis brings a contemporary view to the implementation of the regional curriculum for teaching in primary school education in the Man?s world and offers concrete ways to bring the student curriculum. A comprehensive overview of the microregion enables teachers to facilitate the design of curriculum and offers him the possibility of finding a new forms and methods of work in education. Nature trail is one of the options on how to effectively bring knowledge of the microregion to pupil. Information on nature trail can be multilaterally used. Appropriate teaching materials are worksheets related to the nature trail and the immediate surroundings of the pupil.

This bachelor thesis describes the design of nature trails. However, as we donť know. The trail is uncharacteristically focused on the landscape, its use and improvement. Boards located on the trail are mainly focused on the first stage of primary school. Other visitors will also find interesting information and guidance here. It puts emphasis on environmental education of children and youth. Nowadays, this education is very important. On the trail, there is located 9 information boards. The boards are devoted mainly to the elements in the landscape, cultural artifacts and also the history of the city Svitavy and the village Hradec nad Svitavou.

The study of recreational use of the part of Pelhřimov city forests

The aim of the thesis was to familiarize the public with non- timber forest products in the selected location. Location is found on the territory of which is managed by the Forests of the Czech Republic, s. p. The thesis was developed in cooperation with the Forest service Pelhřimov. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of non- timber forest products in Europe and a comprehensive analysis of the conditions, characteristics and properties of analyzed territory. It was used the method of literature search. In the practical part was in the vicinity of the site carried out the questionnaire survey, which became the basis for the preparation of draft nature trails including the accompanying infrastructure. At the conclusion of the work have been established the estimated cost of the implementation of nature trails and a potential source of funding.

Návrh zážitkové naučné stezky v okolí Broumova

Educational trail was proposed to connect town of Broumov historical city centre and the Broumov Walls. Trail begins in the town square, then reaches cemetery church, continues through the village Krinice and ends in Hvezda. This trail follows local folk tales which are the main topic. The trail length is 7,7 km and has 10 information panels. The trail also has an accessories. There are 8 benches, one pavilion with seats and one bike stand in place, from where you can't continue on the bike. Trail also contains interactive elements where visitors can try various games. This thesis has construction schema of all elements, budget and options for funding. Thesis contains proposal for promotion, including leaflet design.

This master thesis aims to explore the posibilities of recreation for motion disabled people. In the literature research part it states all the parameters, necessary to follow in order to enable recreation for these people. Further it describes the examples of existing projects, which aimed to allow for convenient recreation and nature stay of the target group. The proposal part of the thesis lays in the design of an educational path, localised on the forest road Ke Školkám (ŠLP ML Křtiny) with consideration of the acquired knowledge, effected analyses and field inspections. The proposed design is carried out in two variats – the first variant presents the basic features of the path, in the second variant further equipment and space adjustments are introduced.

Návrh zvýšení rekreační atraktivity příměstských lesů v lokalitě Brno-Lesná

This thesis with the topic of “The proposal for increase of the recreational attractiveness of peri-urban forests in the Brno-Lesná area” deals with the issues of utilization of recreational environment of peri-urban forests with focus on present trends not only in this locality. The location of interest is described from the point of view of natural, cultural, and landscape characteristics. On the grounds of the described facts a recommendation for improvement of the existing situation of the site management has been elaborated. Next, I am presenting a proposal for increase of the recreational attractiveness of the peri-urban forest, which would include an adventure nature trail, a fit path with running tracks, seating, benches, guideposts, fire rings, and forest gateways. The drafts include the due documentation, detailed quotation, funding resources, and marketing for the measures proposed.

Návrh lesnické naučné stezky s návrhem údržby a opravy části trasy vedené po lesnické cestě

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a nature trail in Hostěnice village and the repair of a part of a forest road that leads along its route. The trail is designed as a circular route, which runs both through the forest and built-up area. The nature trail is dedicated to the issue of forestry and natural resources. The total length of the circular route is 3100 m and its elevation is 87 m, on which there are 5 information boards. On the 2L forest path Nad Kamenným kopečkem is proposed an actual repair and a possible calculation of these works. Furthermore, the calculation of the educational trail and the financing of the whole project are being solved. The result of the work is a proposed road repair design and a realistic educational boards design.

Abstract The thesis deals with a problematics of recreational use of region of Moravska Trebova and Jevicko. The aim of the thesis was to present a concept of steps that would help to increase recreational attractiveness of the region. It was essential to accomplish complex analysis of the region, its character and nature of the recreational area. There has been made a research along with a personal investigation in order to increase the recreational attractiveness, supported by help form local residents and mayors of the region. Based on this research, the suggested solutions are as follows: development of agricultural tourism, cycle path and educational trail. Each of these suggestions are provided with possible financial resource.

Analýza stavu a údržby naučných stezek v CHKO Jeseníky

The diploma thesis deals with selected educational trails, which are located in the Jeseniky Protected Landscape Area. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of educational trails and description of the monitored area. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the state of educational trails and their maintenance. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of field research, which was realised using the standardized observation method. The terrain was also mapped and educational trails were marked in the maps. At the end of the work, model calculations were created for the maintenance of educational trails with proposals for funding.
