The Proposal of Business Plan for the Establishment of the Accounting Firm

My bachelor's thesis is the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of an accounting firm. The proposal is based on analyses of the market applied especially to Jihomoravský and Olomoucký regions, but also to the rest of the Czech Republic. The analyses of the market examine the external and internal factors, which influence the establishment of the firm, its activity and its search for customers. The acquired results from these analyses of the market are used for the proposal of the business plan and as the material for the decision making. The firm will be focused on self-employed subjects and smaller companies. These subjects will be offered services of bookkeeping, tax recording, payroll calculation, tax return preparation and counseling.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is organizational structure analysis of a selected football club and its optimalization. The theoretical part describes organizational structures in sports clubs, their utilization in different areas and also classification in football competitions. The practical part focuses on problem solving in a real football club, SWOT analysis and the possibility of implementation of the changes into its structure.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of financial situation of the company ADC Czech Republic in fiscal years 2010 - 2014. In the first part there are theoretical foundations of the defined indicators which will be later calculated in the practical part of thesis. Second part is practical, where the analysed company is introduced. Financial indicators will be calculated based on theoretical part of the thesis and results commented. The last part of thesis are recommendations. Measures will be proposed in order to improve current financial situation of the analyzed company.

The thesis also contains all informations and analysis needed for completing the plan and choosing the marketing strategy. There are identified groups of customers based on discern of requirements and following business plan is build in case of structure recomended in theory part.

Bachelor thesis provides an analysis crossfitt race Fit Monster. In my work I show an organization of this event for about 250 people. The work is divided into four parts, the first theory, which I refer to management and business plan, the second deals with the preparation of the event, the SWOT analysis and marketing mix. In the third part to a real budget and the fourth part will contain an evaluation including recommendations for improvement.

The presented thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company for the years 2009 – 2013 using selected methods of financial analysis. Pursuant identified results the thesis gives recommendations which lead to the improvement of the contemporary situation. The first part of the thesis is devoted to information about the company, theoretical knowledge and methods. The practical part contains calculations of the selected indicators of financial analysis and comments on the identified values. This part is concluded overall assessment of the financial position of the company. The last part is made up of suggestions to improve the current state of the financial situation.
