Design and construction of small windpower
Novák, Kamil ; Svoboda, Pavel (referee) ; Prokeš, František (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and construction of small domestic plants. It describes device with three-blade rotor and rated power 1 kW. It presents basic information and rules for the structure and gives an overview of the different types of design. The work is intended as a basic source of information for future implementation. The work includes the assembly drawing.
Foundry in technical documentacion
Fišer, Petr ; Svoboda, Pavel (referee) ; Prokeš, František (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design documentation of foundry. It present‘s the basic rules of making design documentation, listing of used types of documentation and all their formal belongings. It’s foremost determined to complete the basic knowledge of first year students VUT FSI with assigned project Foundry. Set of new problems is also part of this thesis.
Modelling of the noise emission in computers
Nešetřil, Čeněk ; Mišun, Vojtěch (referee) ; Pellant, Karel (advisor)
Elaboration of problem of the noise causes inside personal computer. Discussion about possibilities of decrease the spread of noise on the base of right choise of noise source and apllied anti-noise leyers.
Computer simulations of plasma discharge for biomedical and environmental applications
ERHART, Jaroslav
This diploma thesis is aimed to the possibilities of using low-temperature plasma in various fields of science, research and production with the main focus is given to applications in medicine and environmental applications. In the practical part is presented design a computer model for simulation of the plasma behavior in the above areas. This model is a hybrid type and as a working gas is used oxygen.
Creation of study supports for the subject "Computer simulations and engineering calculations"
FIKTUSOVÁ, Jana
This diploma thesis offers to the reader the basic overview of the most used methods of computer simulation and accessible software which can be used for this purpose. The aim of the thesis is not a detailed description of individual procedures, but rather a creation of overview text which can be used by the reader as a material for the primary orientation to the given problems. The thesis is outlined as a proposal of the themes of lectures of the subject ?Computer simulation and calculations in technology?. The thesis is divided into three thematic blocks. In the first block, the reader is acquainted with the programming language MATLAB, with its possibility of application in study as well as in practice. The second block acquaints with the CAD systems and the last block presents a nearer usage of individual software applications during the solution of selected model situations.
Computer modelling in programming language COMSOL Multiphysics
MÁCHA, Václav
The thesis deals with a computer modelling by means of the commercial software COMSOL Multiphysics. The thesis is structured into three topical sections. The first part is dedicated to the programme characteristics and its development. In the second part the brief characteristics of working with the programme COMSOL Multiphysics is presented which should make the user´s first steps in working with software easier. The last part of thesis shows the specific demonstration of the created multiple physics task taken from the field of plasma physics. This task is solved by means of continuous simulation of a computer modelling based on the drift-diffusion approximation of low temperature plasma. The proposal of the paper for the proceedings of the conference ,,Technical Computing Prague 2012" is also a part of this thesis.
Preparation of web presentation on fundamental conceptions in computer physics
KŘÍŽOVÁ, Jaroslava
This Bachelor's Thesis has undertaken to acquaint high school students with basic information in the field of computer physics. The work is conceived as a textual overview which does not aspire to provide a specialization base for scientific work, but is primarily aimed at understanding the basic terms. In the introduction, I deal with the definitions of computer physics. The chapter entitled Hardware and Software Devices of Computer Physics begins with a brief description of the architecture of the computer and its historical development. This is followed by the basics of programming with a short overview of programming languages. In the chapter entitled Computer Modelling, I present a brief characteristic of this field and acquaint the reader with the basic terms and techniques of modelling. In the following chapter, the reader is acquainted with the principles associated with hybrid modelling as well as the Monte Carlo method. The fourth chapter is intended to be an interesting demonstration of modern trends in computer modelling. In the last chapters, I deal with the brief characteristic of programs that are most commonly used in the field of computer modelling (MATLAB, Fluent and COMSOL Multiphysics).
Fluid modelling in plasma physics
BŘEZINOVÁ, Jitka
This work is dealing with issues concerning mathematical and computer modeling of events describable with help of rst and second order differential equations. First part contains summary of basic procedures for searching differential equations using analythical methods, next chapter is focused on software used to solve chosen tasks and demonstration of speci c physics problems.
Methods computer simulation
SUCHAN, Petr
This text includes analyses of fundamental techniques that are often used for creating mathematic models in the computer physics. The text is divided into four basic chapters. The first chapter brings the definition of computer models and of computer simulation. The following chapter deals with particle, linking and hybrid techniques of the computer modeling. In the end the text describes the most used methods of the computer simulation, i.e. the method of molecular dynamics and the Monte Carlo method.
Literature search about the computer modelling in dusty plasma
NAROVEC, Jiří
Bachelor's thesis presents selected pieces of knowledge from the field of complex plasma. The topic was treated with reference to about 100 technical publications as listed in the bibliography. Special attention of measuring techniques and complex plasma models is given to description of dust particles in plasma. That provides better comprehension of processes occurring in this specific type of plasma and better prediction of its behavior in real systems.
