Warehouse Greenhouse Březhrad - construction technology project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of a construction and project for the construction of the building of the Greenhouse warehouse with administration in the village of Březhrad. The thesis includes a technical report for the construction and technology project, coordination of the traffic situation including the design of transport routes and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. In addition, the calculation of the construction, the object time and financial plan and the time plan of the main construction object are addressed. The work also includes a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities for the main construction object. In addition, the work deals with the design of the site facilities including the technical report and the design of the main machinery assemblies. A technological regulation for the implementation of the deep foundation of the building including a control test plan, a noise study and a specialised chapter dealing with the assessment of options for the implementation of retaining walls have also been prepared.

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation for the implementation of sports hall at the elementary school in Rajhrad. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate construction technology plan for the main building marked SO.01 – Sports hall, focusing on time management, technology, and resources of implementation. The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of precast concrete frame. Also elaborated are calculation of construction according to THU, an occupational health and safety plan, a noise study and comparative study for a lifting mechanism.
Training ice stadium with accommodation Lhota u Vsetína – construction technology project

The aim of this diploma thesis is the development of a construction technology project for the construction of the training winter stadium with accommodation in Lhota u Vsetína. As part of this work, a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages and the coordination situation of the construction, including solutions for the transport of key elements, are prepared. The work also deals first with the object time and financial plan of the construction, and then also the time plan of the main construction object and the plan for the provision of material resources for the complete stage of the construction, including the itemized budget. In a separate chapter, the work deals with the design of construction site equipment and the related technical report. Last but not least, the design of the main machine assemblies, the technological regulation and control test plan for the execution of drilled piles, a noise study and a specialized chapter dealing with winter measures during concreting, including their financial comparison, are dealt with here.
Construction technological project of the annex of the school gymnasium in the town of Hrob

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of the annex of the school gymnasium in the town of Hrob in the Ústí region. The work contains a technical report of the construction technological project, a coordination situation of the building with the solution of wider relations of transport routes to the construction site, time and financial construction plan for construction objects and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. For the main construction object, an itemized budget for the shell construction, a graph of the need of workers and machines, and a detailed time schedule were also worked out. The work also includes a construction site equipment project, including drawing documentation for the stages of earthworks and shell construction, and the design of the main construction machinery. As part of the technological regulation, the work deals with the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of the gymnasium, including a detailed quality control and test plan for this process. Last, but not least, the work contains a safety and health protection plan for working on the construction site, a noise study, a calculation of the entire building according to THU, a schema of the assembly of the skeleton by a mobile crane including its assessment and a schema of the reach of the truck concrete pump.
Technological stage of the substructure of the Faculty of the Environment in Prague

This bachelor thesis is an assessment of the technological planning of a Czech agricultural university in Prague, Faculty of the Environment substructure. Thesis focuses on the mechanisation as well as process of the construction. The building consists of three underground and four aboveground floors. Altogether seven floors are built upon a concrete slab foundation, supported by piles. The content includes technical report, general layout, vicinity plan, ground works schedule, the process of construction sheet piles and soldier beams with anchors. Technological schedule include the machinery schedule together with technological tests schedules, followed by the site facilities plan, moving on to bill of quantities, budget time schedule, H&S quide and a construction noise pollution report.

The subject of this dimploma thesis is conctruction-technology project of preparation and realization of kindergarten Kamechy in the city district Brno – Bystrc. The thesis contains technical report, coordination situation with transport routes, time and financial schedules, study of main technological phases, project of construction site and technical report of construction site, time schedule of main building, list of main construction machines and mechanism, material resourses plan. Necessary part of this thesis is technological regulation and control and test plan of implementation monolithic ceilings above the 2nd floor. At the end design and assessment of cranes, noise study, evaluation of the object according to LEED certification and safety and health protection plan for selected technological processes were prepared.

Accommodation

The aim of my thesis is to design new Guest house in Čeladná. First part is focused on building design and construction. Second part is focused on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design and renewable energy sources. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise and vibration from the environment around building. Guest house is three – storey building but there is one more underground storey for technical facilities. Ground floor contains staff facilities, restaurant, entrance hall with stairs and office. On the second floor we can find four guest rooms with terrace and corridor. On the third floor we can find three guest rooms. Heating in the building is secured by gas condensing boilers. Ventilation is provided by two air condition units. Each guest room has radiators and cooling distribution units and ventilation. Cooling is secured by one cooling unit on the green roof. On the gable roof we can find 75 photovoltaic panels. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise, vibration from the environment around building and spatial acoustics of guest room. The thesis is carried out in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion and DEKSOFT software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulation.
