The aim of my bachelors project is to design a family house and work out the project documentation. The building lot is located on the border of the Brno´s quarter Žebětín, in the region of South Moravia. The building site with a trapezoid shape is slightly inclined and is not built-up yet. The entrance into the house is faced to the north and the terrace is oriented to the south. The construction is made in the “two by four” system with diffusion-open walls. The building with nearly T-shaped plan is topped with pitched roof. The house has two storey, one of which in the attic space and no basement, a single garage is also included. The house is designed for a four-member family.

The Bachelor thesis is a project of detache house. The house design i a two-storey, wooden bulding with gable roof and with out basement. Layout is 5+KK and is responsible design for family with 4 members. It is the construction of diffusion-close timber, based on strip foundation and pernament formwork. Floor plan is rectangular. Building the entire system is designed by STEICO elements, including STEICO thermal insulation. The advantages of the building are relatively small thickness of external walls with excelent thermal properities and fast process of construction. The house is designed with a view to sustainable construction using modern environmentally friendly materials. The house is situated in the village Křenovice u Slavkova.

The building is designed from ceramics Porotherm and has two floors and basement. The house is covered by hipped roof consists of lattice trusses. The garage is intended for two cars and is covered by a gable roof. The objects are based on strip foundation.

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a design of family house. The building is designed as two-story wooden frame building without cellar and with gable roof and garage with mono-pitched roof. The garage is proposed as a part of the house. Five bedrooms layout fulfills the requirements for four family members. The entrance of the house is situated on the southwest part. There is a relatively wide hallway located at entrance, with wooden staircase and entrance of study room, living room with kitchenette, utility room and bathroom with toilet. The top floor includes the hallway again, with entrance to bedroom, two rooms for kids, clothes room, bathroom and toilet. The rooms are for children and they are situated on the sunny side of the house. The garage is for single car and there is bicycles storage behind it. The construction of the house is wooden frame of KVH prism. The roof covering supports roof truss with modern sliding collar.
House in Letovice

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Letovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of five. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with sand-lime block SENDWIX, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 40° a gable dormer window on the south side and with an elongated part of the roof above the garage with a slope of 18°.

It is a new family house with an establishment which has its own entrance. The house is situated in the Pardubice region in the town called Dlouhoňovice, cadastral area Dlouhoňovice. The building consists of two aboveground floors. Component of the house is partly overlapping garage which is covered with a flat roof. The rest of the building is covered with wooden trusses in the shape of a gabled roof. The building is designed from the structural system HELUZ.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house ‘‘si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of village Borová u Poličky. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, technical room, homework room, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room and kitchen with dining room. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and dressing-room. The non-bearing walls in1.NP is made of brick breeze blocks Heluz, on 2.NP is made of plasterboard partitions. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Family house is covered with a gable roof of roofing Bramac max 7°.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of construction on the two-storey family house with space for business – hairdresser´s. Object is situated on a land in flat terrain in city Nezamyslice, in Olomouc region. Construction is chosen from system Porotherm, roofed by gable roof. Doublegarage with workshop and warehouse is connected to main building ok northern side. Second floor is solution as garret over the main part of building.
Detached House with Stable for Horses in Vysočina

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house and a horse stable. The building site is located on the outskirts of the village of Chlumek, in Czech-Moravian Highlands. The family house is designed for a family of four. There is no cellarge in the building, there is one floor and attic. There is a garage for one car located on the ground floor. In the northern part of the grounds there is a stable designed for four horses. The design of the stable respects modern approach and welfare of horses. The layout of the house and of the stable combines modern and traditional aspects in a way that it fits together with the countryside of Czech-Moravian Highlands. The appendix of this project is the seminar paper dealing with the principles of horse stables design.
