Mobil system for monitoring of sports activity
Maleňák, Filip ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse methods that are used for monitoring athlete’s activities and a description of current technical solutions with a focus on heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring. The presented solution shows the possibilities of using available open source SW and HW technologies and their implementation in the design of an integrated tool for monitoring sports activities with the iOS operating system.
ECG Biofeedback
Macková, Pavlína ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The master’s thesis is focused on the possibilities of measuring heart rate of ECG signal and its use in therapeutic game of ECG biofeedback. This thesis describes the way of measuring ECG with acquisition unit Biopac and analyzes signal processing for measurement of heart rate – algorithms of QRS detection, HRV analysis. Realisation of therapeutic is designed for applications in Matlab.
ECG monitor in LabVIEW
Pavlišta, Libor ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
The main purpose of this work is to get know about ECG signal, its genesis and relationship between mechanical and electrical part of the heart. Furthermore about the detailed disassembly of parts, for example of QRS complex, the determination of faulty statuses, the calculation of heartbeat frequence. We will take a look into the patient's monitors. We will get know about the measuring of ECG signal and how to treat the input signal to eliminate the undesirable components of signal, for example unwanted network noise - so-called network brum. We will study the concept of simple monitoring system with th draft of necessary filter in LabView program. We will construct alarms for some cardiac abnormalities, such as premature heart contractions. We will calculate heart rate. We will retrieve of data from an external source and we will prepare the appropriate graphical user interface.
Cardiotachometer
Čech, Jakub ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with theme of heartbeats. Monitoring and evaluation of heartbeat is important for diagnostician cardiac dysfunction. First part of thesis is focused on anatomical description of heart and his operation. Another part is description of electrical activity of the heart and methods of capture. There is also mention of the cardiac rhythm and its disorders. One of the principal objective of this thesis is to study methods for sensing heart rate. These methods are analyzed and then selected a particular method for further solutions. The core thesis is to design functional cardiotachometer. Cardiotachometer derives the heart rate signal from phonocardiographical signal, which is acoustic manifestation of heart. Implementation takes place in the Labview, which is graphical programming environment. Suggested the device measures the current and average heart rate and the addition of HRV analysis in time domain.
Cardiotachometer
Máca, Kamil ; Číž, Radim (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This masters thesis describes possibilities of a heart rate measuring. Several methods of measuring will be discussed. The primary objective of this paper is to design battery powered cardiotachometr with a range of 30-240 beats/min and a low battery indication. Cardiotachometer uses the R waves detector to measure heart rate. This thesis is focused on creation of the block diagram, electrical circuit, printed circuit and calculation of electronic device used in cardiotachometers.
The heartbeat counter
Malínský, Zdeněk ; Dlouhý, Jiří (referee) ; Švrček, Martin (advisor)
Heart rate variability belongs to basic and most frequently interpretation of physiologic statement in medicine. The pulse rate serves as an indicator of the heart activity. The subject of this diploma thesis is projection of the heartbeat counter. The work describes electrocardiograph and separated waves, ways of calculation heart rate, characteristics mechanism for measuring and other necessary information about heart rate measuring. This master thesis fixates on heart rate-calculation from including R-R intervals. Here is described whole project of heartbeat counter, properties of separated blocks and calculation of useful parameters. Further there is noted software resolution for the microcontroller and program for the calculation of heart rate frequency including unwinding signal preprocessing and detection of separated QRS complexes. The products of this diploma thesis are the circuit including the board circuit and codes of separated programs.
Mobile System for Monitoring Sports Activity
Maleňák, F.
The aim of this thesis is to present possible technical solution for monitoring sports activity. Electric signals of heart are transmitted into an open-source Arduino platform and results are presented to the user in a clear and structured way through a mobile application. The suggested system shows the possibilities of using available SW and HW technologies and their implementation in the design of an integrated tool for monitoring sports activity. System also shows the user’s respiratory rate.
Vacuum training and its influence on chosen anthropometric parameters and fit parameters with women over 40 years
CAKLOVÁ, Dagmar
The topic of the bachelor thesis is vacuum training and its influence on chosen anthropometric parameters and fit parameters with women who are over 40 years old. The main aim is to identify and describe changes to a figure and body form during a ten-week-training. The thesis is split into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts related to healthy lifestyle, a middle period and older adult women and a physical activity in a vacuum condition. The research part deals with characteristics of research data set, used methods for data analysis and their overall results. As the part of the attachment, there is an educational material.
Aerobic exercise and its impact on human health.
TRNKOVÁ, Lenka
This bachelor's thesis contains a comprehensive overview of aerobic exercises and its physiological aspects on human health. Introduction is focused on characteristics of aerobic exercises and the importance of physical activity as prevention, followed by a more detailed analysis of physiological aspects of physical activity on a human health and it continues with next section about heart rate. The heart rate section is also associated with the cardiac stress test and cardiopulmonary exercise test. Other section describes the intake of food and drink during exercises, food supplements and weight reduction in correlation with physical activity. The last section presents the examples of aerobic physical activities which are divided to outdoor, indoor and water activities. The result of this dissertation is a comprehensive overview of aerobic activities and their consequences and is intended for the general public.
The Physical strain of geocaching individual age categories
DOHNAL, Filip
Due to the reduced activity of the movement for the wider public we want to prove that the concentration game geocaching and the movement is a good foundation for the development of movement and health. First, it is explained in the history of the game, its principle and performance requirements. Subsequently described physical activity and physical activity when Geocaching. Not forgotten the definition of physical exertion and energy conversion. Followed by a presentation of the system to write data and characteristics of the Indares qualitative research. By comparing the values for respondents at selected ages during the two seasons we want to prove which of these periods will be more productive. The findings of the energy performance of the movement of all physical activities at the research we want to clarify the demands of Geocaching. In the system of volunteers write required data Com for energy load by using a pedometer. In the exelových tables data the average heart rate, distance and the kilocalorie. The results clearly demonstrated the superiority of the summer for all respondents, and confirmed the intensity between physical activities of Geocaching.
