Social and technical premises are located in the first floor to. Master bedroom, fitness room, bathroom and kids rooms are situated in the second floor. The building is made of systems Velox, Ytong, Liapor. The construction is based on the concrete strip foundation.

The house has rectangle shape and it is designed in two material variants and of brick blocks Porotherm and of the wall panels DOMY D.N.E.S.. The house is without cellar and is roofed by rack roof with a slight slope. The documentation is works for building construction.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with detached house with an establishment. This detached family house is located in the region of Znojmo in the village Višňové. The building is designed for four people in two-storeys and there isn´t cellar. The building is built from the ceramic system POROTHERM, ceilings are designed monolithic. There are flat roofs - vegetation and roof with gravel. The detached house is followed by the establishment of the car repair service. The building is single-storey, without basement, built fromceramic system Porotherm. Ceilings are monolithic, single-layer roof with gravel.

Social and technical premises are situated on the first floor. Kids room and bedroom are situated on the second floor. The building is made of system of permanent shuttering maxPlus from Neopor. The ceiling is from reinforced concrete’s filigran flat slabs. The construction is based on a concrete strip foundation.

Object is designed as a two-storey structure without basement containing a dwelling unit for four member family. Together with garage which is a part of the house forms one whole piece. Structure has a flat roof construction. Project documentation is elaborated according to valid standards.
