Scheduling for 3D printers
Lenhart, Vojtěch ; Dosoudilová, Monika (referee) ; Kůdela, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of production planning in the context of 3D printing. It analyzes the current possibilities of software for scheduling for 3D printers and focuses on other restrictive production conditions such as entering production on a printer, refilling material or time to remove the finished product from the printing area. The next part of the work deals with the development of a console application in C # for scheduling for 3D printers. It describes the methods that were used to design the software and their problems in terms of time and computational complexity. The results of all methods are properly compared and evaluated.
Logistic system animation for production facilities
Mařata, Michal ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is Logistic Systém Animation for Production Facilities. Animation planning of production gets posibility of more atractive, faster understanding of timing production line. The result of the thesis is classic program for Windows, written in C#. For better functionality of 3D visualization is addedd HelixToolkit library. The other result is web application written with JavaScript library Three.js. In Web Application is enabled to load 3D model of own factory (*.ifc file), loading other 3D models, changing their position and saving changes to the database (MS Excel, MS Access). During the animation is enabled to make changes (as speed, skipping steps).
Introduction to Six Sigma Method and its Application for Process Improvements
Joska, Jakub ; Žák, Libor (referee) ; Bednář, Josef (advisor)
First part of the thesis deals with the description of Six sigma method and its most commonly used methodology DMAIC. The second part is a brief introduction of specific practical problem - electroforming. The third part describes the statistical tools used to solve the given task, especially the Pearson's chi-squared test of independence. The last part of the thesis contains a summary of data, calculation itself and data analysis results.
Planning, production and distribution in the manufacturing enterprise
BŘEŠŤÁK, Pavel
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the individual steps in the production of the product, from obtaining the order, through planning and implementation to delivery of the goods to the customer. Based on this analysis to specify the problems found and propose solutions so that the customer is satisfied. The first step was to study literature related to the subject. After that followed collection of data on several selected orders from 2018 year, sorting of the collected data and a deeper analysis of the individual steps described in the thesis. Furthermore, there were used company report SCORECARD and customer satisfaction questionnaire. In the end, the data obtained and the interpretation of proposals and solutions were evaluate. The data collection was based on my own long-term experiences and knowledge of the company and their customers. Another tool was the method of controlled interviews with other company employees. The last way to collect data was used internal company documentation.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Motorcycle Frame Welding
Dvorník, Jan ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace concept for motorcycle frame welding. At the beginning the aim of work are determined parameters of welding line. Next part is description of a analysis motorcycle welded frame. The design of layout follows especially with regards to safety. The second half of the work is focused on the design of welding jig. Parts of this thesis are 3D model of the welding shop and simulation of the production process.
Software Support of Production Planning
Vaculková, Petra ; Kochwasser, Libor (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This Master´s thesis analyzes the software support of production planning in 2VV Ltd., which deals with manufacturing and suppling air conditioning systems as are air curtains, ventilation units and ventilation products. This thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical base of manufacturing, production planning process and its software support. The analytical part contains global analysis and critical analysis of the current status of order processing and production planning with software support and its results. The last part lists possible improvements of production planning in the company.
Statistic Evaluation of Manufacture Schedules
Andraško, Pavol ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
It is not easy to uphold a manufacturing enterprise in today’s market, that is full of competition and yet remain in profit. The main focus of these enterprises is production and that is closely linked to its planning and scheduling. A good production schedule can have a great impact on business. On one hand, it may cause some unnecessary costs, but on the other hand, it can save resources that might be used in another area. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find the best production schedule. In this thesis I have offered some statistical indicators, using those I seek to objectively evaluate the quality of the production schedule. The outcome of this work is a set of statistical quality indicators of production schedules and program (implemented in the information system MES PHARIS), which receives input data of the production, calculates the values of the statistical indicators and then the calculated results are displayed graphically.
Mathematical Modeling of Problems of Production Planning
Poláchová, Zuzana ; Machala, Ondřej (referee) ; Bobalová, Martina (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of production planning using MS Excel. It includes a proposal for extension of the Solver add-in user friendly features that facilitate the optimization of business processes.
Order Processing from the Information Systems View
Dostál, Jaroslav ; Mihalisko,, Marek (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
In the first part of bachelor’s thesis is described the firm, its position on a market and action internal and external effects on ongoing processes in the firm. Next is compiled theory of management, like hierarchy of controlling positions, or like effects modern controlling systems for the support of decision. Order processing is analyzed from the sections like customer service, material planning, production planning, production and store. Next is construction the chart of this order processing and described the most important software on those sections, e.g. SAP R/3 or IBM HOST, which are used for elaboration of orders. The worst problems on the sections are described in the next part and than are designed options for their correction. Proposed solution is: remove system IBM HOST and implementation a new module APO of the system SAP R/3 from SAP corporation. In the end are summarized benefits, which can firm reach by its implementation.
Shop Floor Scheduling in Discrete Parts Manufacturing
Vágner, Ladislav ; Boček, Aleš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
Master´s thesis analyses the current state of the production scheduling in a manufacturing company in the automotive industry. It describes the setup system management of the module Advanced Production Planning by Helios Orange program, which company uses. This thesis introduces a new process of order and describes procedures for control of this module. Two essential steps of this new process were tested – creation of production orders and scheduling of production batches. In the end of the master´s thesis there are estimated financial savings after the implementation of the new process production scheduling.
