Reporting in BusinessObjects in a large company especially in the bank must have some rules. The result of this thesis is a draft of codification of these rules for a particular environment. This draft will in practice be used to create an internal regulation, which will be mandatory in Department Operations. The proposed regulation contains comments and questions that need to be resolved before creating legislation. These additional requirements will be for example in the form of naming conventions, commenting of objects, etc. The regulation will then be published as a supplement to the more general internal regulation. Regulation will be used for internal purposes when creating reports. The user who will act in accordance with this regulation will facilitate the work to develop a report in all phases and will use the best practices collected from various Internet resources, and the experience of other users and colleagues, whose contributions will be delivered during the discussion of individual points during the development of regulation.
