Nekonvenční metody obrábění materiálu
LARVA, Jaroslav
The bachelor thesis deals with the summary and characteristics of unconventional machining methods used in mechanical engineering for the agricultural or automotive industry, such as chemical, electrochemical machining, electroerosive machining, ultrasonic machining, laser machining or electro beam machining. The first part includes a systematic division and characteristics of individual methods. For each method, the history, machining principle, machining equipment, advantages and typical area of application of individual unconventional technologies in technical practice are described. The final chapter contains a comparison of individual methods depending on the achieved surface quality and dimensional tolerance.
Design of Technology for Cutting and Engraving of Rotary Semi-finished Products for the CO2 Laser
Šrenk, Vojtěch ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a rotary axis in a CO2 laser cutter for the ability to cut and engrave rotary workpieces. The thesis is focused on identifying several similar available known competitive solutions, for which the pros and cons were evaluated. Based on the findings, suitable parameters were selected to achieve maximum versatility of the proposed system. Versatility in this respect is related to the ability to cut and engrave the widest possible range of rotary workpieces. The thesis also describes the design solution, axis assembly procedure, production design and production of individual components using 3D printing technology (FFF), selection of suitable standardized components and the actual implementation. The conclusions then focus on the proposed solution from an economic and technical point of view.
Návrh nábytku bez kovových a lepených spojů
Skotáková, Táňa
The thesis is focused on the maping and use of unconventional technologies of machining, their use for the furniture production and designing of the furniture without metallic or bonded joints with the combination of use of the specific technology of machining. The thesis is divided into several parts: historical development and principles of selected unconventional technologies of machining, their use for the furniture production, types of seating furniture, ergonomic requirements for a given model of furniture, jointing techniques, recherche and design of the selected furniture.
Nekonvenční způsoby obrábění strojních součástí
Burian, Martin
The bachelor thesis deals with the summary and characteristics of the unconventional machining methods (used in the manufacture of machinery parts), such as chemical and electrochemical machining, electric discharge machining, ultrasonic machining, laser, plasma, or waterjet machining. The first section summarizes systematic distribution and characteristics of each methods. In each mentioned method, there is also a description of its machining principle and important conditions for the realization of the machining technology. The following section is devoted to their main advantages and disadvantages, including the typical fields of application of different unconventional technologies in technical practice. In the final chapter, there is a comparison of different methods depending on the surface quality - by achieved dimensional accuracy and surface roughness (Ra parameter).
Design and manufacture of an engraving LED laser
Adam, Tomáš ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
The thesis deals with the evaluation of achieved parameters of unconventional machining methods and their current use in practice. In addition, the design and construction of the prototype of the laser engraving device is carried out. Several tests are performed on the device and are compared with similar devices after evaluation. The entire construction is designed so that no special equipment is needed and the construction could be done in each workshop.
Machines for Electrical Discharge Machining
Šustrová, Michaela ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis of basic options unconventional technology of electrical discharge machining. The work was carried out an analysis of the existing options erosion machines from various manufacturers with an assessment of price and value for application in the engineering industry.
Analysis of the influence of temperature cycles on the elimination of recast layer on materials used in aerospace
Slavíková, Barbora ; Martin,, Grepl (referee) ; Horník, Vít (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of the influence of temperature cycles on the elimination of recast layer on materials used in aerospace. This thesis was created in cooperation with Honeywell Aerospace Company in Olomouc. The aim of this work was to prepare the study about influence of the brazing heat cycle on recast layer removing which was caused by laser cutting process. In first part of this bachelor thesis the unconventional machining methods, materials and related brazing processes used in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc were described. Second part of the thesis consists of experimental measurement of the recast layer provided on a test specimens including their evaluation and interpretation of the results. The conclusions of this bachelor thesis will be used as future reference for next technological research in Honeywell Aerospace Company in Olomouc.
Draft of production of creative designe lamp by unconventional methods
Mecová, Kamila ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This thesis aims to present a design and production of a decorative body of a lamp made by using unconventional technologies. The work is divided into several parts. The first part presents the individual methods of producing the decorative body design in details; these methods are then compared. The following part deals with a 3D model design and its gradual modifications which had to be implemented due to feasibility of the lamp assembly. The final part of the work is dedicated to an experimental production of the decorative body. As a result, the produced parts are assessed in terms of cutting roughness, production time, and pricing. The output of this work is two lamps; a table lamp and a pendant lamp, both of which include a decorative body which is cut using unconventional methods, namely by a laser or a water jet.
