This Bachelor´s Thesis on „Evaluation of the Financial Situation the company of BS vinařské potřeby Ltd. and Proposals for its Improvement “deals with a financial analysis of the company during 2010-2014. The part of theoretical explains the methods, concepts and indicators for measuring performance. The practical part includes calculations of the selected indicators of financial analysis and Interpretation of their results. In the conclusion on the basis of data these results will be suggested possible solutions to improve the financial situation of the company.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the financial situation and the financial analysis of the selected business corporation and the subsequent implementation of the selected proposals. The work consists of parts focusing on the overall and partial objectives together with the methodology of writing, from the theoretical part consisting of one chapter and six subchapters, the analysis of the current situation containing one chapter and five subchapters and the design part consisting of one chapter and the four subchapters.

Objective of this thesis is to make a summary elaboration of particular proposals, which can reform the financial situation of the company and target the elimination of inconvenient financial indicators. For a consideration of the company financial results are proposed the processes to improve the financial situation of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to review the level of financial health of a company on a base of elementary financial analysis methods and to formulate a recommendation as to the solution of its problematic areas on a base of a synthesis of obtained results. The theoretical part defines the sources of information, the users of financial analysis and the metohods of financial analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge issued from theoretical part, is applied on the conditions of a travel agency.

Bachelor thesis focuses on assesment of the company´s financial situation for the period 2014 – 2018. Results were obtained through the financial indicators, on their basis were proposed measures, which will lead to improve financial situation of the company. Bachelor thesis includes two parts. The first part contains theoretical solutions, objectives and methodology. The second part contains the calculations of the individual financial indicators and their interpretation. In conclusion of the thesis are custom solution designs.

On the based facts established by inquiry there is a conclusion of the thesis where are designed possibilities for management to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis presents the analysis of the financial situation in the selected company using statistical methods and selected economic indicators in 2011–2019 period. The structure of the thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The former describes methods of financial and regression analysis and also tools of time series analysis. The latter applies aforementioned methods and tools in order to analyse financial data of the company and to evaluate its situation. The thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations as to the improvement of future financial situation and stability of the selected company.
