Aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company B a K systems, s. r. o. based on financial analysis from 2009 to 2014. I apply chosen methods of financial analysis as horizontal or vertical analysis and other. I used public data from the above mentioned companys final accounts. The thesis has got four parts: introduction, theoretical part, practical part and end. The introduction contains besides other thigs, characterization of the company B a K systems, s. r. o. The theoretical part explains core of financial analysis and its basic methods. In the practical part I apply the instruments from the theoretical part. The result of my thesis should be evolution not only of the financial health but of companys competitiveness too.

Financial Crisis and its Impact on Exchange Transactions

This thesis presents market stock trading focused on analysis of financial crisis which falls on world's biggest exchange stocks and strategy of trading for a small investor. In the first part of this thesis will be explained priciples of trading on stock markets with modern trading business platformes. I explain economic conections and economy cycles which influence development of financial markets. In second part of thesis I analyse financial crisis fall on stock markets, indexis, commodities (gold, silver, brend crude oil) and currency markets (forex). I appreciate situation in Czech republik and course of czech index PX. Important role has a fundamental and technical analysis. I will analyse and descript modern trends of this business.

Economical analysis of Actherm s.r.o

The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency using contemporary methods of economical analysis. The preamble includes brief history of the company, description of the technical aspect of rising the profit and value added by prosecution of the power plant. In analytical part I evaluate the company using analytical indicators quantified from financial statements. I describe the indicator itself and comment results and eventually propose improvements. At the end I apply comparative methods using data from statements of competitors in the sector.

The Topic of "Factors affecting the degree of indebtedness in the company" is concerned with evaluating the capital structure in aspeck of long-term and short-term. The purpose is to identify the main factors which affecting the decision on the degree of indebtedness. There is an effort to identification with the issues of financial structure, together with indicators which are associated with it.

Economic analysis of conrete company

Applied methodical apparatus is described in the metodological part of the work. The content of the aplication part is the economic analysis of the Ralco Ledeč nad Sázavou company, concretely financial analysis for years 2003 - 2007, productivity analysis, economical normal, cost model construction, operational lever analysis and financial lever analysis. The summary of attained results is at the end of the work.

Analysis of the economic efficiency of the company TRW Volant Inc.

Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the economic situation of the company TRW Volant Inc. in the years 2003 -- 2007 and assessment of its financial health by analysing the chosen economic indicators. There are shortly described the individual phases of financial analysis as a basic instrument of the economic analysis in the theoretical part and there are also explained some basic terms. The practical part is focused on further identification of the company and the branch where it operates in, and also on aplication of theoretical analyses by means of mathematic calculation and graphic comparison. For the analysis purposes I used f.e. ratio indexes from the sphere of profitability, liquidity, structure of capital, activity and capital market, value index EVA, chosen bankruptcy and financial standing models, Du Pont's pyramidal decomposition etc. One of the component parts is also comparison of the analysed company with an average of the branch.

Ekonomická analýza vybraného průmyslového podniku

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování ekonomické analýzy vybraného průmyslové podniku s využitím nástrojů a metod finanční a ekonomické analýzy. Cílem práce je na základě detailní analýzy účetních a interních dat z let 2003 až 2008 prozkoumat vnitřní ekonomické závislosti, specifické pro daný podnik, a na základě toho co nejpřesněji predikovat stav na konci roku 2009. Součástí analýzy je také podrobné odvětvové srovnání podniku s využitím výpočtu hodnoty EVA pomocí metodiky pyramidového rozkladu ročního ukazatele EVA-INFA, jak ji používá Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu ČR. Kromě jiného je cílem práce doporučit vedení analyzovaného podniku opatření, která by vedla v roce 2009 a dalších letech ke zlepšení ukazatele EVA.

Finanční analýza podniku Škoda Auto, a.s.

Cílem práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Škoda Auto, a.s. V teoretické části se zabývám významem finanční analýzy, věnuji se problematice absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, bilančním pravidlům či pracovnímu kapitálu. Zmiňuji i modely predikce finanční tísně, zaměřuji se na Du Pontovu analýzu ukazatelů rentability a na analýzu finanční páky. Nechybí ani metodika výpočtu ukazatele EVA či SWOT analýza. V praktické části jsou čtenáři krátce seznámeni se společností Škoda Auto, a to její historií. Především jsou zde ale výše zmíněné teoretické poznatky aplikovány do praxe. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky celé finanční analýzy, a je tak posouzena komplexní finanční situaci podniku.
