Air condition of the restaurant
Král, Tomáš ; Gebauer, Günter (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis describes the creation of ventilation systems in the specified restaurant. The pur-pose of this investigation is to design the air conditioning system so as to create the optimal microclimate conditions in all operating parts of the building; such as a kitchen, restaurant, social hall or an apartment. I will use available computer software and adhere to the applica-ble regulations and standards. Using computer simulations, I will assess the current status of the air distribution in respective parts of the building and propose its optimization, which in turn will provide an optimal internal microclimate.
Design of heating and ventilation system for the building with low energy costs
Halm, Petr ; Elcner, Jakub (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis is aimed on a proposal from heating sources, heating systems and ventilation of family house. Designing of a house is provided by Keeo4design. This proposal contains a complex of two houses. The first one is used for residential purposes, the other is made up of mostly parking garages. The work focuses on heat loss calculation objects. Subsequently, on a proposal from heating sources, heating systems, ventilation systems and their regulation.
Utilization of the greywater
Zríni, Miroslav ; Soukup, Lubomír (referee) ; Štigler, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor work consists of two parts. First is the theoretical research about waste water of household. Due to the different features of the water, it is divided into greywater and rainwater. In each section are mentioned properties, quality needs, cleaning method and others. Concrete utilization of these waters is illustrated on the recycling system by company Asio. s.r.o. Last chapter deals with heat recovery of the greywater. Second, the practical part is aimed at proposal of a small recycling unit in certain location. It includes proposal of a storage tank, selection of a pump device or water station and any necessary accessories. The end is concluded with financial balance-sheet of the project.
Heating and ventilating of low-energy and passive houses
Jankola, Mario ; Musil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis focuses on heating and ventilation of low-energy and passive houses. The beginning chapters describe and explain basic principles of these buildings and basics of air-handling systems. The main part of the work overviews contemporary heating and ventilation systems while pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. The last chapter consists of realistic blueprint for low-energy family house, including specifications on heating and ventilation systems, as well as evaluation of their efficiency.
Air Conditioning of Hotel
Vičan, Martin ; Šikula,, Ondřej (referee) ; Gebauer, Günter (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with hotel ventilation. Special interest is concentrated on the common section, which is comprised of a lecture hall, a wine bar and a lounge. This project is particularly focused on thermal balance, air-flow, designing distributional elements, pipeline dimensioning, air treatment, air-handling equipment design, noise cancellation, pipeline thermal isolation and ventilation cooling.
Air conditioning in multifunctional center
Svobodová, Leona ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The object of this bachelor thesis is the design of air-conditioning equipment in a multifunctional centre. The devices serve a multifunctional hall and a room with over-head, the lighting and the sound. The units are designed in a way to meet all the hygienical, operational and functional requirements and to create optimal in-door microclimatic conditions for people to stay. There were used all the available budget calculations, applicable regulations and standards for this design. The air-conditioning provides a supply of fresh air and conducting of depreciated air, cov-erage of heat losses, removal of heat load and humidification of air. The theoreti-cal part deals with the system of return gaining of heat and describes advantages and disadvantages of every device enabling.
Analysis of HVAC systems of a low-energy house
Urban, Erik ; Bahr,, Josef (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
In the first part, the diploma thesis addresses the issue of comparing individual HVAC systems for family houses. The second part is an experimental measurement of HVAC systems of a low-energy family house. The third part deals with the current state of heating and air conditioning of the family house, together with a certificate of energy performance of buildings. The diploma thesis is more focused on the experimental part.
Design of warm air heating system for low-energy house
Koutník, Martin ; Krejčí, Vladimír (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design of warm air heating and ventilating system for low energy house. Introduction of this thesis is focused on dividing residential buildings by their heat requirement. Then problems of residential building ventilation and possibilities of warm air heating systems including heat recovery are presented. In the next chapter summary of ventilating units with heat recovery and warm air heating units for residential low energy buildings and pasive family houses is presented. Calculation of low energy house heat losses, which is solved, is based on CSN 06 0210, CSN 73 0540 and CSN EN 12831 standards. Design and calculation of warm air heating and ventilation system and ground heat exchangers is also described. Floor heating system, fireplace insert and solar heating system are designed as supplementary systems. At the end of this thesis the control system is presented. Project documentation is enclosed in appendix.
Apartment building
Jaroš, Radek ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of the city of Brno in the Brno - Jih district, in the part of the village Přízřenice on flat terrain. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor completely sunk below ground level. In the underground part of the apartment building there is a technical background of the building and individual cellar cubicles for the housing units. There are twelve residential units in the above-ground part of the building, three units on each floor. Housing units on the ground floor are complemented by terraces, housing units on other floors are complemented by balconies and loggias. A barrier-free entrance to the building is designed. An elevator is also designed in the building. The above-ground part of the apartment building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The external load-bearing walls in the basement are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. A single-skin flat roof is designed for the apartment building. The building is based on foundation strips. The building is designed parking with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The house is designed according to the requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Such a requirement has been achieved through heat recovery and building envelope parameters.
Special education centre
Gilbert, David ; Stránská, Zuzana (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
The aim of my master's project is to design a new building of a Special education centre with nearly zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The building is designed with a green flat roof with a load-bearing part formed by prestressed ceiling panels. The load-bearing wall masonry consists of ceramic blocks with stone wool insulation panels with longitudinal fibres. The building is divided into two main parts connected by a connecting entrance hall. First department is used mainly for therapy rooms and the other department for the offices of special pedagogical staff. The building also contains photovoltaic panels, air-handling units with heat recovery and a rainwater storage reservoir with the possibility of using rainwater for flushing. The next part of the master's project deals with the assessment of the life cycle of the structure (LCA), where the subject of assessment are various types of floor structures.
