Recent problems of working law in practise at schools, which are provided by city concils in Czech Republic in fokus on realization of business trips

This work deals with issues of business trips in primary schools that are provided by municipality in relation to the law No. 365/2011 Sb., that changes law No. 262/2006 Sb., Labour code, as amended and other related laws valid since January 1st 2012 that says empoyees cannot give up on their rights in advance. Based on assumption that travel expenses that must have been paid to employees in full are huge burden on school budgets. All the travelling with pupils becomes very expensive. According to connection between theory and practical use, all activities cannot be provided only at school and it's necessary that teachers travel with children to learn away from school. This work summaries the rules for reimbursement of travel expenses and reflects the views of headmasters at issues of business trips in primary schools. Finding, that it has not been working sufficiently with law in the area of travel expenses, is an alarming for all superiors in education. On the other hand there are many areas of school activities which would be required to get specific legislation. The flood as a major component of the development of villages

This bachelor thesis focuses on the flood as a major component of the development in the town of Písek. The thesis aims to analyse the extent of the damage caused by the flood, the financial costs of the reconstruction, and the financial sources for reconstruction. It also explores the flood control and anti-flooding measures taken since the incident. This view of the town contributes to the understanding of the flood as a major component of its development. It describes the chosen locality from demographical and geographical points of view, including the probability of flooding in the given locality and its frequency. The methodology of the work consists of the analysis of information gained from public sources and their comparison. Data was provided by the town of Písek or taken from interviews with the town's representatives. The work interprets the importance of floods for further development and improvement proposals.

Financial Assurance of Public Project during its Realization

The subject of this thesis is to depict the financial provision of a public project during its implementation that includes the draft of its financial provision and the appraisal of the financial feasibility of the investment project. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts that explain the issues of public projects, the public sector and public procurement. The end of the theoretical part describes the various ways to finance public projects. The second part of the thesis is practical. In this part I focused on the creation of the ways to finance the project “Realization of energy savings” that are possible, including the reconstruction of the roof of the building of the Police of the Czech Republic in Brno, at street Cejl No. 474 and No. 159 and the proposal of the optimal financing options.

Economic and Financial Valuation of Public Investment Project

This bachelor thesis deals with an economical and financial appraisal of public investment project. The intention of public investments, financial sources and stage of the project life cycle are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. There are also characterized all the analyses used in the practical part as well as financial and economical evaluation of the project. Practical part is focused on economical and financial efficiency of already realized public project which should serve as an example of described theoretical abilities in practice.

Financing of Nongovernmental Non-Profit Organizations active in the Sphere of Sports Activities in the Vysočina Region

The purpose of the Diploma work is to define the structure and rate of the source base level of the organizations working in the field of amateur sports in the Vysočina Region, to identify the accessibility of the individual sources (especially from the point of the time costs and fund exigence, sustainability and eligibility, to find out if the receipts are one-off or repeated ones etc) and to find out how the organizations evaluate preference, what possible risks and uncertainties they connect with drawing from the sources and what organizations evaluate effectiveness of their efforts made for drawing from the individual sources. The aim of this work is to analyse the current situation of financing of Nongovernmental Non-Profit Organizations active in the Sphere of Sports Activities in the Vysočina Region, on the foundations of analysis formulate the concrete recommendation of improvement the structure of the source base and to offer the variant of the structure and proportion of the sources that, from the point of view of the questioned organizations, seem to be the most suitable one.

Financial assessement of feasibility of investment

The goal of my diploma thesis is a financial assessment of feasibility of investment project which deals with implementation of four new bus lines in Prague integrated transportation. Evaluation is based on usage of net present value and internal yield percentage in three variants. In first variant the company uses just its own sources, the second variant is represented by drawing of bank loan and the third variation is solved by financial leasing. In the conclusion there is compared and evaluated an expediency of each way of investment financing.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse financial sources of generally beneficial association. After explaining basic concepts, which relate to the topic, I have analysed data obtained from a certain generally beneficial assotiation. I have evaluated stucture its financial sources and suggested some arrangements, which can help to keep financial stability of this association.
