Design of a test rig for a wear test of inner ball joints

This diploma thesis deals with the design of several variants of test rig for tests of axial ball joints of passenger cars. The individual design variants are evaluated based on the evaluation matrix and then the best option is selected. Selected proposal includes a complete design including 3D models and strength analyses that focus on the most stressed construction nodes. These design nodes are solved using the finite element method. Hydraulics and hydraulic elements are equipped by the existing equipment from a test lab. At the end of this thesis is solved risk analysis of the new construction and its economic evaluation.

Diploma´s thesis of Senior citizens' home is compile in project documentation by legislation in force. Object is situated on plat 260/3 in Sadová. In the building, there are part with apartments and coffee room. It is three-storey cellarless building with flat roof. Acces to building and coffee room is barier-free including parking. House is with elevator. In each floor is barrier-free apartment. Project is compile including static analysis of connection girder, fire safety solution and thermal technical assessment.

Statical design of residential house

The master's thesis deals with static analysis of selected reinforced concrete elements of an apartment building. Specifically solved are the reinforced concrete slab of above-ground floor, point-supported slab of underground garage, the most exposed column, staircase, load-bearing wall of shear core, external load-bearing wall and building foundation on piles. Load effects were calculated using the Axis VM 12 software. Design of foundation was solved in the Geo 5 software. The thesis includes shape drawing documentation of selected elements.
Family house with a coffe bar

The objective of this bachelor thesis was to create project documentation of a family house with a coffee bar. The study and project documentation for building permit were used as resources. The building is located the cadastre Červená Pečka on site 272/10 in Kolín district, in the Central Czech region. The property is situated in a moderate northern slope. Building will be partially sunk in the terrain. The family house is intended for residence of a 4 to 5 member family. Coffee bar is dedicated for 30 guests and 2 or 3 employees. Coffee bar and technical background is in 1.S., the habitable part of family house in 1.NP. Structural system is designed with standard brick technology with ceramic blocks. The building has a saddle roof and pent roof with a supporting structure from wooden lattice G-N trusses. The foundations are from plain concrete. The outcome should be complete documentation with drawings of the situation, 1.S, 1.NP, vertical section, horizontal section, section of staircase, drawing of ceilings, foundations, construction of roof, roof plan, views and drawings of details D1-D5, also including technical report, a list of products, fire safety design of building, heat-technical design of building and power label.
Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a detached apartment building and the elaboration of parts of the design documentation for the construction. The apartment house is located in Hrušovany u Brna. It is a building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The building consists of a basement floor with garages and technical facilities and of eight residential units on the upper floors. The apartment building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab 450 mm thick. The outer load-bearing walls in the 1st floor are cast-in-place reinforced concrete thickness 350 mm. Above-ground floors are designed masonry from the HELUZ system insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation system 160 mm thick. The staircase located in the middle of the layout is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. An elevator is located between the stair flight. The roof structure is saddle with a slope of 15 °. In the right and in the left part of the house it is solved using wooden trusses 12 m long. The middle part consists of wooden trusses 9 m long. The height of the ridge of the building is +11.050 from the floor level 0.000 on the 1st floor.
Environmentally advanced pension

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of an environmental metal boarding house for the elderly with almost zero energy consumption. The guest house is a free-standing building with four floors and a middle tube, which is five floors. The first floor is more accessible to the public, there is a cafe, a social hall, offices, but also a nurse's office or technical facilities. The second to fourth floors are used for housing seniors in separate housing units. The total number of seniors who can stay here is 60. The first part of the documentation deals with the building permit for the construction in question. The entire object is made of a masonry ceramic system, which are horizontally interspersed with a monolithic ceiling slab. The facade on the first floor consists of wooden paneling, on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor there is already a facade plastered with silicone plaster. The roof structure consists of two different types, namely a walkable extensive green roof and an operational one with a roof rack. The second part of the work is focused on the engineering of the building environment, where concepts for the building's water supply were created. Furthermore, the concept of loading rainwater was solved, which is solved by a system of accumulation in a concrete sump with an overflow into a soaking device. The use of rainwater for irrigation or flushing is considered here. Heat pumps (ground / water) were chosen as a source of heating and cooling, which provide us with heat in the winter and cold in the summer. DHW is solved as an indirect heating tank, which is heated by the already mentioned heat pumps. In order for the object to meet all the requirements of today's building, we had to install forced ventilation or cooling of individual rooms for ideal thermal comfort in the summer. The concept of photovoltaic panels and the design of suitable lighting in individual rooms were also dealt with in the given part. The last part of the thesis dealt with the assessment of the source of heat and cold with regard to the consumed energy, acquisition and operating costs. The result of the given energy assessment should be the selection of a suitable source for the building in question. Home for the elderly Ořechov

The subject of the diploma thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new three-storey home for elderly with partial basement, which is located in the village Ořechov. The object is situated on a flat terrain, which is situated little bit higher than local road. That was used for an architectonic conception of the house –basement is open and accessible by local road from the north side, the rest is under ground. The detached building is partly roofed by a flat green roof and partly roofed by flat roof covered with gravel. The object is divided into individual areas. In the second and third floor is living and social area. 11 dwelling units of different sizes are designed. First floor is also accessible to the public and together with entrance hall and reception, which is situated in the middle of the object with the main entrance on the east side, there are another two separate areas. The left wing serves as a medical department, in the right wing is cofé with his own staff facilities. In the basement is a utility room and storage areas.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of student housing in the city of Olomouc. The building is located near the university dormitory accommodation of Palacky University. It is designed to complement the missing type of accommodation. Building is a L-shaped five-storey, without a basement and with a flat roof. Structural system is mostly brick, only part of first floor is solved by columns. The building is divided into three building complexes. Two wings for the accommodation have 4 floors. The connector block has five floors, where the 5th floor is only the engine room. Foundation structures are concrete strips and foundation pads. South side of the building is protected from the sun by sunscreens, on which in a future could be installed photovoltaics. The building is divided into three parts in terms of functionality. 1.NP consists of commercial premises in the southern block and private rooms for accommodated in the eastern block. 2nd-4th floor forms spaces designed to accommodate students. Accommodation capacity is 105 people.
