Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is a price analysis of house external insulation. Theoretical part describes prices, costs, calculations and ways of financing building materials and a construction work. Practical part describes ways of an external insulation, thermal insulation properties and heat insulations. It also analyzes house external insulating and compares two options of insulation depending on a payback of an investment to the insulation and saving a heating fuel and a complexity of funding.

It will be built in a gap, between two houses located in Otakara Ševčíka street. It has 3 ground floors. Bearing walls are made of ceramic brick block Porotherm. The ceilings are made of POT beams and ceramics liners MIAKO. Gabled roof is covered with smooth sheet.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.

In the theoretical part particular measures are described and possible economic and environmental assessment methods are defined. The practical part is devoted to two already realized cases of the thermal insulated prefabricated blocks of flats.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.

Abstract Ondřej Šitta Reconstruction of an existing family house in OKAL systems This bachelor thesis is concerned with reconstruction of a house. It de-scribes the initial condition of the house before the reconstruction, the following current state after the reconstruction and a plan for possible subsequent recon-struction. The bachelor thesis introduces several alternative variations of thermal insulation of different thicknesses of insulation system. In the work, I calculate coefficients of thermal transmission of the original structures of the building envelope, while insulated, new alternatives, insulation of the external walls of the basement and the ceiling and the heat transfer coefficient for the construction of residential and attic space. The thesis provides a description of the initial situation and the process of reconstruction. It also includes calculations of coefficients of thermal penetration and schematics wall construction for these calculations. The work contains draw-ing documentation, which includes platform of cellar and 1.NP, views of the house and the vertical section. These drawings are performed for the status before and after reconstruction.

The bachelor thesis deals with wooden facades and wall sidings of wood-based materials. Attention is given to facade division, their manners of structures, the possibility of using materials for the external shell, as well as to thermal insulation here. In the practical part will be designed two options of facade siding for a specific family house. The proposals include the structural system, the using materials and the price calculation. To the bachelor thesis is attached the drawing documentation with coloured facade plans.
Hodnocení variant řešení dodatečného fasádního tepelně izolačního systému

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate selected solutions for additional thermo-isolation facade system -- External Thermal Insulation Composite System. The theoretical part is focused on presentation of the most important legislative and also on definition of basic terms -- Wall's insulation and Decisive technical parameters for selection of insulation system. I put there also overview of selected thermo-isolation systems ETICS, which I compared on the basis of their thermo technical qualities. Within practical part of this thesis I chose building and evaluated its thermo technical qualities. On the basis of thermovision measuring I pointed on faults of used insulation system. I also did an evaluation of qualities of alternative materials.
