Bachelor thesis deals with the study of order processing in the company HaSaM s.r.o., which focuses on developing and manufacturing of electronic payment and ticketing systems. Theoretical part focuses on explanation of the basic terms, which are related to the order and manufacturing process. The practical part contains the current process of undertaking the order and proposal for improvement in communication with suppliers and delivery terms.

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to a study of order processing in selected company, concretely by Otis a.s, which deals with manufacturing and developing of escalators, Trav-O-lators and elevators. The thesis analyzes actual order processing in the company and specifies particular business processes. Consecutively it indicates new suggestions for improvement, which should shorten order’s processing in the company.

The theme of this bachelor‘s thesis is to propose a procedure to evaluating nonconformities and folowing to propose corrective measures using tools of quality management in company ESB Rozvaděče a.s. engaged in manufacture of low-voltage switchgear and fitting components for electrical engineering company. The work includes proposed solution for management system of nonconforming products in the manufacture of standard switchboards and specifically for switchgear cabinet SMS-U. The thesis describes the current situation, followed by analysis and proposals to improve the current situation.

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to a study of a course of an contract chosen by a given company, concretely by FEMONT OPAVA s.r.o., which deals with construction of non-residential areas. Its line of business is the construction and assembly of steel halls and constructions with so called VEDE system, which belongs to their know-how. The problematic areas are considered on the basis of analysis and possible improvements are proposed. Those suggestions do not concern only the particular contracts that have been processed, but also the overall development of the conduct of business of the company. The suggestions are justified by the non-economic factors as well.

The main goal of this thesis is to find problems and suggest improvements considering the aspect of quality, time and costs, using the results of observing and analysis, which will lead to higher customer satisfaction.
