Motivation system of enterprise and its effect of efficiency of human capital

Theme of this thesis is motivation system of enterprise and its effect of efficiency of human capital. The main aim is evaluation of motivation system in specific enterprise and its effect of efficiency of human capital. Another aim is analysis of motivation factors and specific remuneration system, which is applied in this company. According to analyzed information there were suggested appropriate changes which could make more efficient motivation system. Suggested changes could motivate employees to higher efficiency. In the first part of this thesis there were elaborated information from Czech and foreign specialist literature. Bases for experimental part were gained from public available sources and internal document of company. Thanks of information was realized analysis of remuneration and motivation system which is applied in this enterprise. These documents were used to evaluation of efficiency of human capital. Satisfaction of employees with applied system was evaluated according to survey.
Motivational system as a part of the company management

In the course of the process of globalization changes more and more attention will be paid to the human capital since it significantly contributes to fulfilment of the strategical goals of the company and eventually to achievement of entrepreneurial success and competitiveness on the market. Thus, endeavour of the company should not be only to provide and maintain qualified manpower, but also to attempt to provide their satisfaction and motivation, which will undoubtedly lead to higher working efficiency. Management of the company should proceed this way, too. The objective of the Bachelor Thesis was to research and describe motivational system in the chosen company and its impact on the company management with intention to attain the synthesis of the generalized knowledge and individual proposals for practice in the conclusion. The first part of the Bachelor Thesis is theoretical and deals with interpretation of the terms concerning motivation in relation to the area of company management at the present and future (knowledge) society. Next part, which is practical, contains detailed characteristics of the chosen company and the research of its motivational system by means of the adequately worked out questionnaire. The research of the motivational system of the company was performed in the company CVP Galvanika s.r.o. in two groups of employees: ordinary workers and the management. The company specializes in the surface treatment of the metallic products and operates in the Czech market as an important supplier for the automotive industry. On the basis of analysis and evaluation of the results of the performed research improvement of motivational system in the areas of education and development, financial assessment, non-monetary awards in the form of praises and acknowledgement, working conditions, decision-making and knowledgeability of the employees. In this situation it depends only on the company whether it will take these proposals as its own and will start to implement them in its motivational system.
Motivation and stimulation of human resources in a selected company

The objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the motivation system and labour satisfaction of the employees working in the plant located in Mirovice of the company Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. and suggestion of possible changes aiming to improve the system analyzed. In the theoretical section were summarized knowledge of motivation, stimulation and labour satisfaction. In the practical section was introduced the company Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. and then was to analyze the motivation system and labour satisfaction of the employees working in the plant located in Mirovice using unstructured interview and questionnaire survey. Based on the facts found were suggested some changes that could contribute to improvement of the system analyzed, and thus to making the entire corporate activity more efficient.
Motivational function in management control system in real company

This thesis deals with motivational function in management control system in a real company. The opening and theoretical part of the thesis describe some pieces of knowledge and terms which are closely related to the content of the main part of the thesis. The main goals of the thesis are the description itself and function of the monitored company in generating bussines results under the influence of motivational functions. These functions also influence regional managers, who are the employess that produce these results. The inspection the links between system performance measurement and incentive system (which is one the goals of this thesis) is described at the conclusion. Here is among other things a description of the link between theoretical knowledge and actual activities of the monitored company.
Motivation system of firm and satisfaction of its employees

My work is focused on problems in motivation system of firm ''X'' and satisfaction evaluation of its employees. The theoretical part discusses the general nature of motivation and each solution targeted on the methods of remuneration. The empirical part solves the analysis of the various elements of the incentive system such as financial reward, benefits or future career growth. Finally, there are suggested solutions for incentive program of the firm ''X'' and their possible implementation.
Employee motivation structure of a chosen hotel

The subject of this dissertation is "Employee motivation structure of a chosen hotel". It is an employee work satisfaction study done at hotel Palace in Prague, which belongs to the Vienna International Hotels & Resorts. Analysis of the current situation as well as recommendations for improvement are included. The paper consists of two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on various concepts in the area of motivation, development of motivational theories, impact of employee motivation on performance and the characteristics of factors affecting work satisfaction. The second part analyses employee work satisfaction and describes the current state of the hotel's motivational structure. The conclusion focuses on suggestions for improvement based on the analysis presented in this paper.
