Analysis of the Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The diploma thesis analyzes the company according to selected economic methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the individual methods are explained. Especially the PESTEL method, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, McKinsey 7S model and Kralicek Quick Test. In the practical part, these methods are applied for the analysis of company status. The results were used to compile the SWOT analysis. Based on the resulting strategy, suggestions are made to improve the company's current situation.

Marketing Strategy Proposal

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of ROS.BR s.r.o. The work is divided into three units. The first theoretical part describes general problems of marketing strategy development, market development characteristics, segmentation and marketing situational analysis. The second analytical part deals with the analysis of the internal factors of the company, the general and the business environment, the interpretation of the conclusion from the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the web marketing tools. In the third final part is elaborated a proposal of marketing strategy, individual goals and paths to achieve the stated goals.

Proposal for Marketing Communication Improvement

The master´s thesis deals with the proposal for marketing communication improvement in chosen company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part describes the important terms of marketing and presents theoretical framework for following parts. The second part is focused on the characteristics of selected company and describes its current situation. This part also analyses the internal and external environment, marketing and communication mix and contains the results of questionnaire survey. Based on results of analytical part, the third part contains proposals for marketing communication improvement.

Business Plan for Establishment of the Company

This thesis defines the theoretical basis essential for building a business plan and simultaneously encompasses the building of a real business plan, which will be focused on the creation of a new company - KK-TECH s.r.o., which will offer complex cleaning services. The key aspect of the thesis is market analysis, which the company will enter, and a marketing and financial plan. I will use primarily data, which have been obtained while studying, and also data, which have been obtained thanks to working in said field.
