Optical computation in Matlab
Dvořáková, Pavla
The contribution deals with the optical computation in Matlab. Matrix methods in paraxial optics is a powerful tool which allow to track any ray during its propagation through an optical system by succesive matrix multiplications. The matrix operation can be then easily and clearly programmed in Matlab.

Several utilities for comfortable control of interactive graphical interface
Kolář, Petr
Standard MATLAB libraries do not include some tools for interactive figure processing, even if such functions are common in other graphical programs. Therefore we developed following graphical utilities: i, precise interactive selection of a figure area, ii repetition of a press-button function, iii movement of zoomed figure by slides and iv interactive graphical editor of cursor and button icons.

Useful functions for the MATLAB utilisation
Balda, Miroslav
Paper deals with a set of small functions, that proved to be useful in application programs formulation. Functions are arranged in two directories SubML (general functions) and Arr3D (for 3D array or matrix time series). The functions are applicable in dynamic systems signal processing. Both directories are available on Humusoft www pages and can be added to browsed ones by a standard function "addpath".
