The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the execution of a new building home for elderly people. The intention is to construct a new apartment building for pensioners who are able to do activities of daily living. There can be found 24 lease flats for a maximum of 30 accommodated people. The home offers 12 hours care service and has rooms for carers, dining rooms, places for rehabilitation, outpatient care and stores for keeping accommodated people’s things. The whole area has wheelchair access and counts with the movement of people with reduced mobility. The building is designed as brick, using clay blocks which are put on concrete foundation strips. Thermal insulation is a combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with hanging plates. The roofing is designed partly as a float double-shell roof with timber truss girder, and partly as a single-shell roof with concrete load-bearing structure. The drawing documentation has been created using computer programs AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and the programs by doc. Dr. Ing. Zbyněk Svoboda (Teplo, Area, Stabilita, Simulace) and another simple computer programs like Excel were used for the thermal assessment.

IN MY DIPLOMA THESIS I ADDRESS THE PROPOSAL TO MUNICIPAL OFFICE IN DUBICKO ON THE LEVEL OF DOCUMENTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE SITE IS ON THE SLOPING LAND, IN THE MIDDLE OF VILLAGE DUBICKO. THE BUILDING IS A DOUBLE-STOREY BUILDING, AND IT IS A PARTLY BASEMENT. FOUNDATION ARE SOLVED BY BASIS STRIPS MADE OF PLAIN CONCRETE. VERTICAL CONSTRUCTIONS ARE MADE OF HOLLOW CLAY BLOCK HELUZ. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE BASEMENT FLOOR IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE 1ST FLOOR, THE ENTRANCE HALL AND CEREMONIAL HALL, IS MADE OF TIMBER GLUED LAMINATED BEAMS. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE POST OFFICE IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE ROOF IS HIPPED ROOF. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION IS PROCESSED IN COMPUTER PROGRAM ARCHICAD.
Fire station

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of new construction of fire station in Šumperk. The fire station is designed according to ČSN 73 5710 as a C type station that will be used by professional fire brigade of Olomouc district. The object is structurally divided into two parts - a masonry building, and a reinforced concrete frame. The administrative part of the building together with the base of the fire brigade, technical room, and a fire tower are designed as a masonry building made of Ytong cellular concrete units. One of the parts is designed as a two-level object, while the technical room and the fire tower are designed as a sigle-level object. The circumferential masonry is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The floor construction is made of Spiroll prestressed floor slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The garage is a single-level building with built-in structure of storerooms in part of the garage. The precast reinforced concrete frame is set on foundation pads and foundation sills. The horizontal and vertical supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete parts – columns, Spiroll floor slabs, floor girders, sway frames, purlins and small purlins. The whole object is covered by a warm flat roof. The external cladding consists of PUR isolating sanwich panels.
Tennis Sporting Club Facilities

The subject of the thesis to this is newly built sports facilities tennis club in Brno Pole. The building has a basement and three floors. The main entrance to make the building is from the west side of the level 1.NP. At the bottom of the building is the location of facilities for athletes. On the top floor located facilities for staff and snackbar. Vertical and horizontal structures are mostly made from ceramic system components Heluz. The staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. Part of the new buildings are complete aluminum construction, plumbing, others, carpentry, locksmith's products. The project was evaluated by computer program AutoCAD.

THE THEME IS OF THE STUDY AND DOCUMENTATION THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING OF THE INTEGRATED RESCUE SYSTEM – STATION TYPE P1. THE FIRE STATION IS DESIGNED INTO THREE OPERATING UNITS. THE MAIN ACCESS TO THE BUILDING IS IN THE 1ST FLOOR ADMINISTRATIVE AREA IN THE SOUTH-EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THIS PART OF THE BUILDING HAS 2 FLOORS. THE OBJECT CONTINUES TO THE SOUTHEAST TOWARDS THE PATH OF THE GARAGE WITH 5 SPACES. ON THE NORTHWEST EDGE OF THE OBJECT IS A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND WITH A DISHWASHER AND A DRYER. TO DEVELOP OVER THE OBJECT PERSONAL VISITS FROM TWO FIRE STATIONS. ONE REGIONAL IN CESKE BUDEJOVICE AND SECOND DISTRICT IN TÝN NAD VLTAVOU. FOR INSPECTION AND UNDERSTANDING PROPOSAL FOR A NEW FIRE STATION ALSO HELPED TOUR OF DOCUMENTATION PROJECT ALREADY MADE ON CONSTRUCTION FIRE STATION IN MARIANSKE LAZNE AND FRYMBURK.
Detached family house, Fulnek

My bachelor thesis deals with designing and drafting a project documentation of a family house construction. The object is situated at the cadastral area of Fulnek at a parcel no. 1646/43. It is a standalone, two-storey house without a cellar and with a flat roof and two parking spot in a mildly sloped terrain. Vertical load-bearing structures are constructed from ceramic blocks Porotherm and insulated by contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Ceilings are designed as single monolithic slab. The house is designed for a five-member family. Proposal of internal layout of the building is designed so that its functions meet requirements of all users of home. The project documentation is drafted in accordance with the current version of laws, ordinances and regulations.

Thesis is addressed to the design and elaboration of project documentation of the single - family house in Kojetín. The building is located on a slightly sloping plot number 86/1 in the cadastral area of Kojetín in Havlíčkův Brod [667871]. Family house is rectangular in shape and is a two-floor building without a basement, which is designed for a four member family. Vertical constractions are designed from the POROTHERM ground bricks, thermaly insulated by a contact insulation system of polystyrene plates. The house is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 37 degrees.

The perimeter constructions consist of clay blocks Heluz and are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing construction consists of reinforced concrete prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. The house is roofed with a flat roof. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of a design documentation for the building process.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on new detached house in Lhotka u Ostravy. The detached house is designed as a seperate double floored house with no basement with regular rectangular shape and gable roof. The house is designed as a brick building of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system of mineral wool. The supporting structure of the roof are wooden trusses and roofing is fibre cement and colour of slate. The ceiling in the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete. Foundation walls are made of blocks of shuttering. The facade of the building is white in combination with tiles of imitation brickwork. Beside the house is located the garage for two cars with a store. The building is designed for family of four inhabitants and the house is determined for permanent housing. The detached house is designed with energy efficiency and low demand for heating. The detached house is designed on plot no. 175/7 in Lhotka u Ostravy. The plot borders with streets Televizní and Na Palouku. Access road to the house is from street Na Palouku. This work includes the preparation and study work, situational design, architectural and structural design, structural design solutions, fire safety solutions, essay of building physics calculations and engineering schemes of technical equipment.

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the village of Zámrsky. It is a two-floor house without a basement with garage, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay brick Porotherm, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. Floor structure is made of clay system Porotherm. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 20° and gabled dormers on the north and south side. Garage is covered with a mono-pitched roof with a slope of 12 °.
