FRYŠOVÁ, Jana
The Bachelor Thesis also includes mapping and assessment of economic instruments supporting nature protection and landscape conservation emphasizing the related programmes which are demonstrated on the example of the Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko and South Bohemian Region. Background materials were analysed and interviews with the relevant employees working for the given authorities were conducted in order to acquire all necessary information and required analyses. The result of the analysis examining the period between 2006 and 2011 proves the difference of the financial acquisition for different organisations subject to the given survey followed by the possibility of influencing their amount as a consequence. It also emphasizes the difference in ?price ceilings? for the activities concluded within the actions related to the conservation of landscape and natural heritage and values and the preserved specially protected territories and areas belonging to Natura 2000 network. The period subject to the survey reveals that financing of common nature conservation and landscape protection of specially protected territories and areas belonging to Natura 2000 network was concentrated on national programmes and financial means provided by local administrative units. By comparing the scopes of competency of the Regional Authority ? South Bohemian Region and the Administration of Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko led to the conclusion that both entities were using similar instruments for nature and landscape protection.
Systems of burden gas (NH3, CH4, NO2) monitoring in industrial lifestock stables.
POUR, Jan
Problematic of environment protection, especially atmosphere protection against pollution from agricultural activities is nowadays one of the most important topics. One of the perspective possibilities how to reduce burden gases amount is the device Envirolyte ELA 1600, which can transform the salt solution into the sanitation solution and this way reduce industrial lifestock's production of burden gases. This bachelor thesis is concerned to monitoring of burden gases in industrial lifestock stables. It describes, how can be measured levels of ammonia, methan, nitrogen dioxid and carbon dioxid.
Evaluation of the impact of solar power plants on the environment
KRÝCHA, Marek
The number of solar power plants in the Czech Republic increased from 249 in 2009 to 12 861 in 2010. This rapid growth was caused by subsidies such as so called green bonus and high feed-in tariff with 20 years guarantee. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate positives and negatives of this technology with regard to the environment. As a model example, the data from the Bušanovice solar power plant were used for evaluation. The price evolution and affordability of photovoltaic technology was evaluated according to the investment and running costs and profit. Estimation of the situation after 20 years of operation and the amount of reduced CO2 emissions were also included in the evaluation. It has been found that the most used photovoltaic technologies possess ecological risk. Solar power plant has the minimum maintenance demands and does not produce any noise emissions or the dangerous substances. Problem however is in the agriculture land occupation and disruption in the landscape throughput and landscape character. The current legislation also does not solve the problem of ecological liquidation of the solar power plants. It can also be concluded that the photovoltaic technologies are becoming more affordable.
