Mixed-use building

The subject of this thesis is a new mixed-use building in Brno in the part of Pisárky. The building will have one basement and four aboveground floors. In the basement will be a collective garage and apartment accessories. In the ground floor are designed offices for rent. On the first to fourth floor are designed eight flats. The main entrance to the building and the entrance to the property is situated on the northeast side of Vinařská street. The mixed-use house is designed from a wall structural system. The basement basement, first floor and staircase space is designed of lime-sand blocks, with a ceiling construction of monolithic iron concrete slabs. The bearing structure of the second to fourth floors is designed as a timber structure building. The roof structure will be double-skinned, flat with a vegetation layer with extensive greenery.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.
Apartment building in Humpolec

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a bicycle shop in the town of Humpolec. The thesis contains complete documentation for the execution of the construction, assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety report. The building is divided into two operational units. The first unit is a bicycle shop, which includes staff facilities and bicycle service facility. The second unit consists of individual apartments and their facilities. In the basement, there are cellars for each apartment, a technical room and a workshop. On the ground floor, there is a accessible flat for handicapped persons in size 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. The second floor consists of four apartments two available in size of 1 room plus kitchen corner and two size of which is 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. On the last third utility floor, there are two apartments size of which is 3 room plus kitchen corner which is layout designed for a 4-5 member family. The house have masonry system, where the vertical structures on the underground floor are made of concrete block cast by concrete. Overground vertical structures are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal constructions are made of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is cold roof and its supporting structure consists of timer truss girder mounted on the perimeter walls.

The subject of this thesis is a new mixed-use building in the Brno part of Zábrdovice. The building will have one basement and six above-ground floors. In the ground floor will be located store and service of the bicycles and on the first floor there will be smaller space for rent. On the first to five floor there will be eleven flats. The main entrance to the building is designed from the southwest side of Koliště street. In the plot there will be a parking lock system for eleven cars. The access road to the parcel is from the east side. The mixed-use building is designed from a wall structural system. The basement will be made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls, and above-ground floors will be made of clay blocks. The floor structure will be made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. The mixed-use building will be warm flat green roof with extensive greenery.
Hotel Tiny Reed

The fivefloor building connected with the indoor staircase and the lift. The underground floor is composed of the storage spaces for the restaurant and the hotel, the engine rooms for the lifts and the air-conditioning system. On the first floor there is a restaurant with the kitchen, a reception office and sanitary facilities for the visitors and the staff. The second above-ground floor is composed of the offices, the conference room and the sanitary facilities for the staff and the public. The third floor is intended for accommodation. There are eight rooms. On the fourth floor you can find two suites. One two-room suite with the living room and the kitchenette. The second one one-room with the living room and the kitchenette. From the suites there is an entry to the terraces.
Futurama Theatre

It is a multi-storey detached cultural and dining building. The theatre is dimensioned for 615 seats and the restaurant is dimensioned for 150 dishes. The construction will be situated in the town Ostrava, namely in town part Ostrava-Poruba having 64 728 inhabitants. Build-up land area is 3819 m2 and capacity amounts to 60 676 m3, it has one underground and four above-ground levels. The building is covered by green flat roof.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the dental surgeries, designed for a family of five. The house is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Vystrkov - Humpolec cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a brick building, where vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM and BTB hardware and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main building is covered with half-hip roof with two skylights and plan of the establishment and of the wine cellar is covered with a flat roof walkway. Construction of pitched roofs is made by composite truss of timber and steel components and a purlin system. The building has two above ground and one underground floor, which occupies only a portion of floor space above ground floors.
