The building will be situated by the village Slupečná near the Lipno dam and located on the land that slopes to the south. It’s designed as a separately standing, four-storey. The technology of implementation is a brick. The construction system is designed as a longitudinal wall system stiffened in the transverse direction inner supporting walls. The concrete breeze blocks from the company BS Klatovy are used as main building material. Basic constructions are designed as planar and out of plain concrete and reinforced concrete. Stiff reinforced concrete prefabricated and prefamonolitic ceiling constructions from the company BS Klatovy are designed. Roofing is designed with tilt roof. The bearing construction is made up of purlin system of wood truss. Height of the roof ridge, including the covering is +13.650 m (considering relative height of 0.000). The height of the chimney head is +14.400 m. Profiled metal roof covering Lindab Goodlock is designed.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family with multifunctional basement, housing a small shop. The house is situated in Žďár subdivision „Klafar“. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a flat roof and a partial basement. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and a multifunctional area. The multifunctional part of the house is situated in the basement where there is also a garage for two cars, a furnace room and a recreation room. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor, from the southwest side. The entrance into the multifunctional area is designed in the basement, from the northwest side. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The basement is made of lost form construction filled with concrete, the ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with ETIC mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a house with one housing unit, situated on a sloping terrain in the cadastral area of Brno - Židenice. The building has one floor above ground, there is a cellar under a part of the house, and the space is opened towards the west. A shed roof has been chosen. The layout of the building is divided into three sectors: resting, working and relaxing, all contributing to the above standard quality of the house.

The second floor is designed as loft. House has an atypical shape, which is partially covered by a double-walled gable roof and partially double-walled roof rack.

The subject of this thesis is a structural solution of a two-storey single-family detached house located on parcel no. 149 in the cadaster area of Hodkovičky. The house is situated in a moderately sloped terrain in a residential area where most of the surrounding objects are also detached houses and it is primarily designed as a timber structure. Other construction materials such as concrete or sand-lime masonry are also used within the project at those parts of the building where we can benefit from their different structural and physical properties. The project documentation was completely developed using Building Information Modeling method (BIM).

The bachelor´s thesis "Apartment building" deals with the construction of a residential apartment in Brno, in the borough of Pisárky. The bachelor´s thesis is based on architecture study of luxury housing that was created at second year of study. It was recomended at least 60 m2 of usable floor area for the apartements. The apartment building is located on sloping terrain with original use as a garden area. The building has one underground and tree floors and the building has 8 apartments. Building structure is created of skeleton system on underground and wall system on floors. The building structure is placed on concrete column base and grid foundation.

The house is situated in the real terrain in Brno Pisárky on Vinařská street. The building is rectangular in shape with flat roofed embedded into the sloping terrain. To accomplish this modern expression of the building, I applied to the object glass corner wall. Another notable element is the oriel, which also serves as a shield for the glass wall. Object color is white with a combination of gray.

Its vertical structural construction is made up by formwork system Velox, the material of slab is reinforced concrete and attic is created by plasterboard dropped ceiling. The roof is wooden, gable and its slope is 40°.
