This bachelor´s thesis examines the process of debt collection in the company m.a. povrchové úpravy, s.r.o. The theoretical part provides an overview of the issue of claims, in which not only enforcement but also the creation, provision and termination claims. This thesis also includes information about the company m.a. povrchové úpravy, s.r.o. and analyze a contemporary problem of debt recovery in this company. Finally, is proposed the most effective way of debt collection for the company m.a. povrchové úpravy, s.r.o.

My bachelor's thesis deals with problems of debt collection after due date. The theoretical part focuses on the creation, ensuring, limitation and termination claims. It also deals with methods of debt collection according to the Civil Procedure Code, Enforcement Code and arbitration procedure. The thesis analyzes overdue receivables in the company Poličská stavební, s. r. o. and submits proposals for more effective debt collection in this company.

It also serves as a basis for the elaboration of the second part. The analytical part is focused on analyzing overdue claims and the financial situation of a particular entrepreneur. Based on the obtained information from the analytical part, entrepreneurs are proposed ways of more effective securing claims and their enforcement.

The main purpose is connected with analysing and enforcement of these account receivables. If suggested precaution were taken then declining number of expired account receivables based on previously mentioned analyses would decrease.

Based on the analysis results of receivables current situation in company, I've proposed remedies which would help improve the current situation in Poda Inc.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.
