Author: Terezie Lacinová Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with diagnosis shoulder luxation with m. deltoideus pareses Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the theoretical information about the shoulder luxation with concrete complication - paresis of deltoid muscle and to elaborate the patient casuistry of his physiotherapeutical care with the final evaluation of the therapy effect. Methods: The bachelor's thesis has two parts. The first one is general part which summarize the basic anatomy and kinesiology of shoulder, types and classification of shoulder luxation, its complications and resulting physiotherapy intervetion. The second one is special part which contains case study of the patient with this diagnosis with concrete complication. This part includes a complex input kinesiological examination, therapy developments, output kinesiological examination and final therapy effect evaluation. Outcomes: During a one month period the patient attended 8 therapy sessions in total, which has positive effect on the physical and mental health of the patient. This is confirmed by the comparison of the input and output kinesiological examination mentioned in the final chapter of this bachelor's thesis Evaluation of therapy effect. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint for impingement syndrome and subacromial bursitis Aims: The main aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after arthroscopic sugery of the right shoulder joint for impingement syndrome and subacromial bursitis Methods: The bachelor's thesis was created on the basis of continous professional practises at the Beroun rehabilitation hospital in the days from 10.01. - 04.02.2022 under the guidance Mgr. Marcela Kvapilová. The practical part was taken there constists of the initial kinesiological analysis, determination of short-term and long- term therapeutic plan and the final kinesiological analysis, where the final effect of therapy was evaluated. The patient completed ten therapeutic units over the period of three weeks, each lasting 30 minutes. Examination and the therapeutic methods within the scope of bachelor's studies were applied in the bachelor study. Results: The therapy which the patient underwent had a positive effect due to his previous condition. The final kinesiological analysis showing and confirming improvement of patient's health. The most significant changes were achieved within the range of motion in shoulder joint into...

Title: The case report of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of impingement syndrom. The objective of this bachelor thesis is introduction of physiotherapy of upper limb girdle with impingement syndrom. The thesis is dividend in two main parts. In the first part is described the girdle of the upper limb in the view of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. There are listed procedures for testing and treatment and point of view of physiotherapy and surgical treatment by arthroscopic method. In the specialized part is described a detailed case of a patient with impingement syndrom, which consists of the patient's history, incoming examination, therapy, outgoing examination and effect of the therapy . Key words: rotator cuff, shoulder joint, physiotherapy, arthroscopy, impingement syndrom

Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after arthroscopy stabilization of shoulder Summary: This bachelor's dissertation discusses a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after shoulder arthroscopy because of labral tears in glenohumeral articulation. In the first, theoretical, part, anatomic structures, kinesiology shoulder joint are described. Furthermore, the most common problems in the shoulder girdle, the possibility of solving these dificulties and also discussed physiotherapy approaches for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy. In the second, special, part, a case report is described. It contains anamnesis, initial kinesiologic examination, course of the therapy, final kinesiologic examination and evaluation of the therapy. Keywords: case report, shoulder arthroscopy, physiotherapy, shoulder joint. Author: Zuzana Štyglerová Supervisor: Mgr. Irena Novotná Year: 2011
Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint
Klocová, Kateřina ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Slezáková, Petra (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issues relating to arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint, its most frequent indications, possibilities of subsequent rehabilitation and to process the case study of the patient with this diagnosis in the special part. Methodology of thesis: The thesis is divided into two parts. I focus on anatomy, kinesiology, and basic principles of biomechanics of shoulder girdle in the first (general) part. Then I concentrate on theoretical findings from the field of pathology of shoulder joint, its arthroscopic solutions and eligible instruments of physiotherapeutic care. The second (special) part consists of the case study of the patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint including history, input kinesiology analysis, and description of all therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and assessment of the effect of the therapy. The work placement, on which is based the case study, took place in CLPA in Vysočany for the period of one month. Ambulatory therapies were three times a week from 9.1.2015 till 30.1.2015, which were indicated by the treating doctor because of the arthroscopy of the shoulder joint l. dx., which was performed 11. 12. 1014...
Complex therapy after surgery impingement syndrome omae
Váchová, Kateřina ; Němeček, Ondřej (advisor) ; Molnár, Petr (referee)
In my work I deal with the processing of case reports of three patients who underwent arthroscopic acromioplasty for the diagnosis of impingement syndrome of the shoulder joint, but each of them was physiotherapy led other way. The work consists of two main parts. The theoretical part includes kinesiology and biomechanics of the shoulder joint, including a description humeroscapularis rhythm and dynamic stabilization. I also deal with the diagnosis and defining impingement syndrome. The next section describes the various methods of complex therapy that can be used for a given problem. The practical part includes processing kinesiology examination, during therapy, and evaluates the effect of treatment with each of the patients. The shoulder joint is the most flexible joint of the human body, which is related to its instability and frequent vulnerability. In NsP Česká Lípa, where I conducted the examination was conducted in 2012, 54 arthroscopic decompression subakromialis type operations in 2013 and this was done in the period from January to end of March already performed 15 operations of this type. This number shows how often a problem is impingement syndrome. The main aim of this study is to compare which approach is beneficial for the patient and how surgery followed by a suitably chosen...
Rehabilitation after the shoulder joint arthroplasty
Trnková, Martina ; Jalovcová, Miroslava (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: Rehabilitation after the shoulder joint arthroplasty Objectives: Confirmation of the hypothesis that there is a correlation between success of the surgery and the type of indication, age of the patient and the dominance of the operated upper extremity. At the end is the comparation of our achievements with foreign studies. Method: The clinical part was processed using standardized questionnaire with 34 patients from the rehabilitation clinic Medicentrum at Praha. This part compares the data 3 months after total shoulder arthroplasty with preoperative condition obtained restrospective at the same time. Results: The results show influence of the indications, age of the patient and dominance of the operated upper extremity on the successfulness after total shoulder arthroplasty. Key words: arthroplasty, shoulder joint, rehabilitation
