The Bachelor thesis evaluates a current situation of an information system usage and need in a selected company together with setting criteria for choosing an optimal solution. Furthermore, relevant products available in current market are compared and, in the conclusion, the most suitable one according to specific needs of the company is recommended.
Evaluation of the Performance of the Firm

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of business performance using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part defines the concept of business performance and describes the method of Balanced Scorecard. In the analytical part is being assessed the current state of the company DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. through selected analytical methods. Subsequently, as a conclusion of the thesis, is drafted implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept to this company. In this section are draw up strategic goals of selected perspectives, strategic map, budget, time schedule of the project implemen-tation and evaluation of the benefits of adopting this method to the enterprise.
Information System Assessment for AIESEC Slovensko and Changes Suggestion

This diploma thesis deals with the information system in organization AIESEC Slovakia. Through appropriate methods and analysis, the current state of the IS will be assessed. Based on results of these analyzes, there will be proposed changes that will lead ultimately to higher efficiency of the organization and improvement of quality of services provided.
Assessment of the Success Factors of NGOs

The aim of this work is the processing and evaluation of information gained from the questionnaire survey, which took place within the University research. The work is focused on factors that influence the success of NGOs in particular in the areas of activities of organizations and their financing. NGOs are first grouped according to age, geographical scope and legal status. It is also being considered with a vision and mission of their short-term and long-term goals. Another chapter examines the importance of volunteers and their application in different areas of operation. Here is an analysis of the internal control situation, the quality of services and use of information systems. The last task is focused on the allocation of financial resources and evaluation of NGO work with the financial plans.
