Resort Orlík

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for construction of the Orlík Resort. The buildings are detached and are set in a slightly sloping terrain in the cadastral area Kožlí u Orlíka. The main building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the basement, there is a utility room for the whole building and warehouse. Furthermore, the hall is divided into a section for men and a section for women. In these sections, visitors have a dressing room with cabins with showers and toilets. Then there will be a choice of two exercise halls, two massage rooms or a large gym area. On the ground floor, the building is entered via lee to the vestibule and into the spacious hall. In the entrance, there is a reception with storage area and a room with a kitchenette and toilet. The building is also accessible via a second staircase and large glass sliding windows. There is a conference room with adjustable size, a social hall, warehouses, toilets for women and men as well as an office. For employees there is a day room with kitchenette, changing rooms and showers separate for men and women. The upper floor contains two terraces. These are green roofs, where one is partially fitted with tiles, and there is a recognized reinforced concrete skeleton. There is a cleaning room on each floor. There are also processed two apartment houses, illuminated by roof skylights, which are on the plot four times. All buildings are designed from the reinforced concrete skeleton with lined sandstone blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels, and the roofs are green. Apartment house No. 1 is symmetrical and contains two apartments. There is a storage room, lee, vestibule, utility room, toilet, room, bedroom and a large kitchen with living room and terrace access. The large bathroom has a bathtub, glass shower and one sliding door that closes the room with urinal or toilet. Apartment house No. 2 is divided into three apartment
Apartment building

This bachelor thesis processes documentation in the stage for the implementation of the construction for a new apartment building. The designed object is located near Prague, in the village of Dolní Lomnice u Kunic. The project adresses modernization and construction of the village center, which is planed in several stages. The building contains of five apartments and one underground floor in which storage, technological and common rooms are located. There are also cellars used for storage for each housing unit. The apartments are designed in very variable layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. In the first floor are located apartments with categories 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. In the second floor are located apartmetnts with categories 5+kk (duplex apartment) and 1+kk. Each apartment is provided with a large terrace or balcony. Apartments in the first floor oriented to the northwest (east) also have a front garden. Apartment building is based on flat foundations of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The core of the object (stairwell and lift shaft) are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The load-bearing structures are designed as masonry from classic and sound-insulating brick blocks. Non-load-bearing are made either of brick blocks of thickness 140 mm or 80 mm, or as a lightweight SDK constructions. Object is insulated according to need by ventilated facade cladding and a system of green walls. The ceilling is made of reinforced concrete monolithic equipped with SDK soffit either directly anchored or suspended. The flat roof is vegetated, and partly made as a terrace. The windows and the outer door are made of aluminum and glazed with insulating triple glazing.
Sport center

Diploma thesis premises designed Sport center at the documentary for execution of works. The dominant part is a sport multifunctional hall, whitch is connected to a two above-ground floors fitness center with facilities for visitors. The construction system of the hall is prefabricated reinforced concrete structural frame. The ceiling construction consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. The fitness center is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete structural frame. Ceiling structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structures are designed like flat vegetation roof. The building has exterior thermal insulation system with ventilated facade.
Boarding House

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project of boarding house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory Znojmo-město. Boarding house capacity is 36 beds. Boarding house has three floors and is designed from the structural system Ytong. The ceilings are made of filigree floor panels. The roof of the house is built as flat vegetation roof. In the first floor there is located main entrance, reception desk and dining room. In the second and third floor there are rooms for guests.
Office building

This master thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an office building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The office building has four utility above-ground floors and one underground floors serving as underground garages. There is a cafe, stationery, showrooms and office space with sanitary facilities. The construction system is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Vertical infill constructions are made of brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of filigree panels with hidden steel girders, which are embedded with concrete layer. The basement and the basic structure of the house is designed as a white tub. The building is covered with vegetation roof. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an office building. Overall, the building is designed to the required values for a near zero energy building.
Residence Lazce

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the new construction of a residential building Rezidence Lazce. The proposed building is located on the outskirts of Olomouc on the border of three districts Lazce, Hejčín and Černovír, at the same time the building is located in the immediate vicinity of PLA Litovelské Pomoraví, which provides sports and relaxation for residents and at the same time in the vicinity of the house, further construction is being built in the direction of the PLA. We must not forget the river Moravia, with which the building is adjacent across the street on the east side. Thanks to the river, the building is located in the historic flood area Q100, or century-old water, which will soon change, as the city invests considerable resources in flood control measures, due to floods in 1997. The building is 4 storeys, where the first floor and is equipped with cellars, a bicycle shed, a pram, a sports facility with an infrared sauna, a meeting room and a technical room. On the remaining floors there are always 3 residential units 3 + KK, 2 with a spacious terrace to the west and the last smallest to be overlooking the river Moravia to the east. The house is based on concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork, which raises the building 0.5 m above the level of LT, precisely because of the flood area. The vertical construction system consists of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal structures are then made of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The building is insulated with a ventilated facade with a visible layer of face masonry. The roof of the house is then extensive vegetation.
Energy passive kindergarten

The subject of the diploma thesis is a design of a kindergarten in a passive standard standing on a plot situated in the center of Fulnek. The building has two floors and the first floor is embedded in the terrain. The vertical load-bearing structures consist of sand-lime masonry with a contact thermal insulation system. The building is based on foundation strips due to the type of subsoil. The roofing is then solved by a single-layer flat roof with a vegetation layer.
Kindergarden, Králíky

The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of the construction-technical part of the project documentation for the construction of a new kindergarden building in the town of Králíky. The building is divided into two parts - part of the kindergarten and part of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Part of the nursery school consists of three departments, communication space, multipurpose hall and administrative space. In the second part is a cloakroom for staff, kitchen with facilities, laundry and utility rooms. Both parts have separate main entrances. The building consists of two floors and one underground floor. Above part of the nursery school there is a sloping saddle roof structure consisting of wooden nailed trusses. Above the farm part there is a flat single-skin roof with a vegetation layer. The foundation structure under the walls of the building is formed by foundation strips, under the columns the foundation structure is formed by foundation feet. The vertical load-bearing structures are masonry from lime-sand masonry blocks in the above-ground part of the building and in the underground part of the building the vertical load-bearing structure is formed by fittings made of permanent formwork filled with reinforced concrete. Horizontal load-bearing structures are solved by prestressed cavity ceiling panels. The whole building is insulated. In the above-ground part of the nursery school is used contact thermal insulation system with pasty plaster, in the above-ground part of the remaining part of the building is used ventilated facade with fiber-cement facade boards
House on a slope

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction. It is a family house which will be located in the existing development on the outskirts of the village Sobíňov. The building is designed as a single storey, and as it is installed in a sloping terrain, it is divided in height into three consecutive parts. In the first part there is a garage with two parking spaces, the entrance to the building and technical facilities. The second part consists of common rooms and the last part is a quiet zone. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic strips of plain concrete.The Porotherm brick system forms vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The ceiling part is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The drawing part was processed in the ArchiCad 20 programme and visualization in the Lumion 10 programme.
Kindergarten

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten in the village of Horoměřice. It is a basement detached house on a flat terrain. The building of the kindergarten with a rugged ground plan has two floors and is covered by a flat vegetation roof. It is divided into social, hobby, economic and school management sections. The building is designed to meet the requirements of building solutions of nearly zero-energy buildings. The project is processed using the computer program ArchiCAD.
