The main topic of this master´s thesis is the proposal of Financial Plan in the selected company for years 2016 – 2018. This proposal is based on analysis of company´s data from years 2011 – 2015. Financial planning is a comprehensive set of analyses and calculations that precede the financial plan itself. The thesis also deals with corporate strategy, the company´s goals and objectives that help to reach its goals. Besides the above-mentioned, this work implements the theory in current dynamic period and gives the feedback on the strategic financial plan.

The topic of bachelor thesis is financing of the construction order from the point of view of the contractor. Thesis is divided in to two parts theoretical and practical. First part is focused on explanation of terms construction, construction projects and financial planning. In second part we focus on specific building order including financial plan. The goal of thesis is to show possible financial flows during execution of the contract.

After this part is the practical part, which includes detailed procedure for setting up a financial plan for company H.A.Kovochem. Financial plan is created in an optimistic and pessimistic alternative. The final part of the thesis is evaluation and control of these two alternatives of plans

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This diploma thesis is focused on designing a financial plan for the business. Theoretical framework about the financial planning in the business sphere is presented in the first part. The following part introduces the company which was chosen as an object of the thesis from the real business environment. It also deals with the financial analysis of the current state of the company. After that, the financial plan for years 2017 – 2019 is presented in both optimistic and pessimistic variants. The results are analyzed and the plan is evaluated in the last part of the thesis.

This thesis with title „Proposal of the Company's Financial Plan“ consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part deals with theoretical ways out of financial planning. In the practical part there are performed the analyses of contemporary state of company. Afterwards there is the financial plan alone made-up for the years 2009 – 2011. The end of my practical part is formed by evaluation of created financial plans.

Master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan for the manufacturing company Rieter CZ s.r.o. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part contains a theoretical background needed to process the topic. In the next part, the selected company is introduced and its strategic and financial analysis is performed. Based on the results of the analyses, a financial plan is processed in an optimistic and pessimistic variant for the period 2021-2024, including evaluation of the financial plan.

The Master´s thesis titled „Proposal of the Company´s Financial Plan“ deals with problems of financial planning in a company and is focused on creating long-term financial plan. There are defined the theoretical foundations of financial planning in the first chapter of this thesis, the second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the third chapter is drew up the financial plan for the years 2015 – 2018 and its subsequent evaluation.
