	Spatial planning legislation in the Czech Republic Votava, Filip ; Matula, Miloš (advisor) ; Jílek, Petr (referee) The aim of my graduation theses is the analysis of spatial planning legislation in the Czech Republic between 1945 and present. In the theoretical part I have explained basic terms and the legal regulation of spatial planning and I have presented individual concepts of spatial planning legislation since 1945. Besides the comparison of the basic concepts of spatial planning, the practical part mainly deals with the analysis of the relation of spatial and strategic plans. I have defined the main differences between these documents and compared whether it is advantageous for the municipality to start with a spatial plan or a strategic plan. Furthermore, I have focused on the creation and the content of the spatial plan of Domažlice, focusing on the compliance of legislation in the area of spatial planning, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of current legislation and the weaknesses of the spatial plan in Domažlice. 	Assessment of the impact of planning on land prices in selected locations in the district of Šumperk Šrejma, Jan ; Hůlová, Martina (referee) ; Lorencová, Marie (advisor) The aim of this master's thesis is is to assess the impact of land-use planning at the book va-lue and market value in two locations in the district Šumperk. In each of these locations is selected land appreciated in all grades of spatial planning as an agricultural land, land designa-ted for building spatial planning and in the final stage as building land. In each step are de-termined for each land price determined on the basis of valuation regulations and the market value. The analysis results are used to evaluate the difference in the prices of particular plots and to evaluate the effect of spatial planning on prices of stated localities. Detailed record
	The incorporation of new areas of suburbanization into the surrounding landscape DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Marta The diploma thesis evaluates the spatial plans of chosen municipalities of commercial and residential suburbanization in the area of České Budějovice. The issue of research were particularly old and new plans of both municipalities and their comparison, including the proposal of new functional areas in the territory. The most important documentary used were the spatial plans of municipalities and following terrain research . Results are presented by both - text and graphic form.
