Family house in a slope

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to design a family house in a slope.. The house is designed for 4 to 5 family members in the town of Polná near Jihlava. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. It is designed as three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The one car garage is next to the house and shares one common wall with it. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Na Podhoře. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic blocks and the underground floor is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal constructions are made of girders and ceramic blocks. The staircase is made of reinforced concrete. The roof is one-face flat roof. The facade makes contrast with white plaster and dark plaster in the perimeter.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on creation of a plan for the family house, which is located on sloping terrain in the newly developing part of the village Jinačovice on the plot No. 740/10. There is the southern slope, also the entrance to the house is south oriented. The family house has three floors and it is designed for a family of five or six. The whole building is found on the basic reinforced concrete belts, then it is bricked from Porotherm system and roofed by clicking roof. Movement between individual floors is made possible by a concrete staircase.

Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with creation of detached house plan in village Hovězí. The building is located in sloping terrain. Its shape is rectangular and the front door is oriented to north-west. The detached house has two floors. Its vertical structural construction is made up by formwork system Velox, the material of slab is reinforced concrete and attic is created by plasterboard dropped ceiling. The roof is wooden, gable and its slope is 40°.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentation for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the realization of a building of an high standard family house in Brno. The building is located in the cadastral area Žebětín, on parcels 1607/8 and 1607/68. The design of the building respect the municipality`s municipal plan. The object is set on a sloping terrain. The building has two above ground floors, the 1st floor is partially embedded in the terrain. In the 2nd floor there is a main entrance to the building and to the garage. The high-standard family house is designed for a four-member family.The construction system is wall-mounted, brickwork made of ceramic fittings. The roof is single-layer flat. The perimeter shell is designed as a ventilated facade with.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a house with one housing unit, situated on a sloping terrain in the cadastral area of Brno - Židenice. The building has one floor above ground, there is a cellar under a part of the house, and the space is opened towards the west. A shed roof has been chosen. The layout of the building is divided into three sectors: resting, working and relaxing, all contributing to the above standard quality of the house.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.
