This master thesis deals with issues that are focused on the consolidated financial statemenst and the financial situation of the group of companies. The primary goal of the thesis is evaluate the financial situacion of selected group of companies on the basic of financial analysis. From analysis are suggests proposals improvements to the financial situation of the group including individual companies, that have some weaknesses which follow from analysis. The financial analysis is realize over the period 2013 – 2016.
Cash Flow Forecasting for Financial Management

The aim of the thesis is firstly to provide a definition of cash management in global corporations, secondly to analyse and assess various methods of cash forecasting. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to describing the nature of cash management and currently available tools for more effective and efficient financial management. In the following part, theoretical methods of cash forecasting are introduced, the best of which are subsequently applied on a model company through creation of a simplified cash budget. The main objective of the thesis is to describe cash management, analyse different cash forecasting methods, and demonstrate their qualities on a model exercise.

This bachelor’s thesis is focusing on construction company’s liquidity. First part of the bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the theoretical framework of company’s payment-ability and management options. The practical part discusses financial plan and economic results of particular construction orders, which are evaluated within one year. The objective of the thesis aims to evaluate management options of company’s payment-ability regarding construction order outcomes. The result is an appraisal of the liquidity of construction orders and the delimitation of an appropriate liquidity indicator.

Management of a NEVA Company Liquidity

The goal is to characterize financial management with a focus on liquidity management. The teoretical part proides definitions of basic concepts of solvency, liquidity and factors that affect liquidity. There are also dividend into indicators of financial analysis, the ratio and difference. The last chapter of this part deals with debt management, focusing on enforcement and faktoring. The practical part will present joint-stock company MEVA, its history a and scope of business. Liquidity management is performed using the indicators of liquidity, profitability, net working capital, cash flow and indicator of cash flow liquidity. The last chapter of practical part focuses on the structure of assets and liabilities of company.

Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínit základní používané metody při analýze a řízení podnikové likvidity, vypovídací schopnost různých ukazatelů platební schopnosti a vliv oceňovacích technik na hodnoty těchto ukazatelů. Na tuto teoretickou stránku navazuje praktická část, která se zaměřuje na fungování cash poolingu v praxi. To je vysvětleno na modelu dvou světových koncernů, které tuto metodu používají a dále pomocí analýzy situace koncernu IDC, kde by využití cash poolingu zefektivnilo celokoncernovou likviditu.
Cash management in broker company and in leasing company

The main subject of this thesis is the liquidity -- very important premise for long-term existence of every firm. The aim is to characterize financial management with emphasis on liquidity and cash management in two different firms. Two mentioned firms are quite specific -- broker company and leasing company. Because of this the key goal of this thesis is the analysis and evaluation of their liquidity, monitoring similarity and diversity in procedures which the firms use in cash management. The basic question is the evaluation of process of cash management in two mentioned firms, understanding of preferred instruments and identification if it is sufficient for stable financial solvency. The particular procedures and methods in cash management in two different firms are mentioned in this thesis. Attention is paid on working capital, liquidity ratios and other -- cash flow statement, plan of payment etc.
