Sport Centre Brno
Zaplatil, David ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
It is an object of sports equipment, which will be mainly used for ice hockey, as well as for the organization of other sporting and social events. The main objective in the design of architectural buildings were to meet modern requirements for the operation and use of the sports hall. Mass solution hall is designed as part of a hyperbolic curve, which rotates around a central axis. This substance is added next curve and along the perimeter. It is a sine wave, which is twice reflected on the mass of the object. This curve separates the roofing structure from the construction and glazing adds mass element dynamics, which is in my opinion the sporting character of the buildings needed. Construction is due to this curve seems to be constantly moving. This curve has another purpose and that the highest point of the curve are a total of two, is the main entrances to the building and the curve that creates a kind of "entry portal".
Statistical Regulation of a Company‘s Production Process
Světlíková, Barbora ; Žaitlik, Tomáš (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
Using statistical methods to evaluate quality, it is possible to discover cases of non-accidental variances in quality-evaluating parameters and to analyse the reasons for their occurrence. The identification of these reasons enables their removal and the improvement of product quality. Routine evaluation of quality levels is facilitated by the employment of computer technology.
Entropy for heart rate variability analysis
Zemánek, Ladislav ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
The analysis of HRV is an advanced and noninvasive method which is used to investigate the involuntary nervous system. It is also one of the important parameters of its proper function. Heart rate variability can also be analyzed by entropy, which studies the discrepancy of the RR intervals of the HRV signal and thus can be used to diagnose cardiac diseases
Determination of Blood Pressure
Plch, Miroslav ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
The thesis includes a general introduction to monitoring and measurement of blood pressure of horses, the design of algorithms for pressure curve detection and the calculation of respiratory variabilities in mechanical ventilation under anaesthesia. The first two chapters focus on anatomy, on characteristics of blood flow and on vascular system. Then it deals with the measurement of blood pressure, monitoring of a horse under anaesthesia and it describes particular thermodynamic parameters. In the following part of the thesis, the methods of pressure curve detection are described. The last part contains the description of an algorithm designed for detection of pressure curve of horses in the environment of the program LabVIEW. The program calculates, displays and saves variabilities of systolic pressure, pulse volume, pressure amplitude, pulse frequency, peripheral resistance and vascular expansion from the detected values.
Deconvolution of hemodynamic response from fMRI data
Bartoň, Marek ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Havlíček, Martin (advisor)
This paper deals with the variability of HRF, which may have crucial impact on outcomes of fMRI neuronal activation detection in some cases. There are three methods described - averaging, regression deconvolution and biconjugate gradient method - which provide HRF shape estimation. In frame of simulations regression method, which uses B-spline curves of 4-th order for window length of 30 s, was chosen as the most robust method. Deconvolution estimates was used as HRF models for classic analyse of fMRI data, concretely visual oddball paradigm, via general linear model. Enlargement of localizated areas was observed and after expert consultation with scientific employees from neurology clinic, outcomes was evaluated as relevant. Furthermore Matlab application, which provides confortable observation of HRF variability among brain areas, was made.
FUTURE SETTLEMENTS IN BRNO
Merta, Jakub ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (referee) ; Havliš, Karel (advisor)
Work shows a possible strategy to deal with the mass housing estates in the Czech Republic. That static and monotonous settlement can be flexible structure. Strategy shows one approach to transforming the settlement structure. It is a return to traditional town morphology and thereby achieve urban character and utilization of housing benefits that this structure offers. The settlement becomes readable by adding city-forming element such as streets, squares and city blocks.
Student Housing
Golík, Pavel ; Todorov, Petr (referee) ; Pelčák, Petr (advisor)
The architectural study built block the northern corner of town in close proximity to the center of Brno. The main thrust of the solution is particularly easy throughput area, pedestrian safety and ease of orientation in space. The architectural study of student housing is the first step change in the given locality by regulatory plan. The intention was to broken and fragmented forms of buildings to bring the urban elements, the wide streets, passages, squares and courtyards, which will evaluate and develop the character and vitality of the place. Architectural building block concept takes into account noise pollution site and responds to a bad indication, due to the north. New built-in design and layouts are designed so as to reduce the noise levels of interior space and create a resting zone in courtyard.
Design of cordless vacuum cleaner
Novotný, Jan ; Sládek, Josef (referee) ; Tomášková, Veronika (advisor)
The subject of the work is to design cordless vacuum cleaner. The work deals with the historical, technical and design analysis, which are parts of my research. The design focuses itself on the shape, construction, ergonomics and graphics solution. The result is a device that is characterized by high aesthetics and functionality. Form resembles the current products on the market, but differ with unconventional solution of built -in extension.
Design of PC Monitor
Rašková, Jana ; Rajlich, Jan (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is design of LCD monitor, variable computer workstation intended for people working in creative professions. Original and functional design should fulfil user‘s ergonomic requirements.
Design of an interior sound system
Sazima, Ondřej ; Křenek, Ladislav (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
Tha main point of bachelor‘s thesis is to analyse and design interior sound system. Task is aimed on variability of sound system for usage in different interiors with posibility of shelf or tower conception. Result is sound system uses simple methods for achieving of high compatibility.
