Technological stage of the rough superstructure of the Horova Brno apartment building

The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction-technological preparation of the rough superstructure of the Horova apartment building, which is located in Brno. The apartment building is planned in a gap and consists of three parts, the highest of which has 5 above-ground floors. The building has masonry made of brick blocks and the ceiling structures are monolithic. The construction-technological preparation of the building consists of a technical report for the Horova apartment building, the situation of the building with wider relations of transport routes, a list of dimensions, a technological regulation for the realization of monolithic ceiling and monolithic vertical structures, a solution to the construction organization, a time schedule, a design of a machine assembly, quality requirements and their provision for resolved processes, work safety for the implementation of monolithic constructions, itemized budget, contract for work between the main contractor and subcontractor and contract for renting a room for the construction manager.

Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.

Residential complex Troubsko - construction technology plan

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology plan for the Residential complex Troubsko. Specifically, it is focused on a pair of mirror-image apartment buildings marked SO 12.11 and SO 12.12. The building is located in the area of a former pond, which was backfilled in the past. The foundation strips are therefore placed on vibrated gravel pillars. The structure of the building is proposed as a traditional masonry building, the horizontal load-bearing structures consists of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and the roof structure is designed as a flat roof. The thesis consists in a technical report pertaining to the construction technology plan, evaluation of transport routes, technological regulation for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor above 1PP and a time schedule for rough construction. Also elaborated are construction site equipment including a drawing and text part, a control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities for rough construction, design of machine sets and work safety solutions are elaborated.
