Quality of agricultural products from vending machines for agricultural products and evaluation of their use

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of selling agricultural products through vending machines. It deals with the characteristics of individual products, legisla-tive regulations and standards governing their sale, as well as the companies operat-ing vending machines. Publicly available sources, personal survey conducted in selected businesses and questionnaire distributed tough the social media platforms were used to obtain this information. The main finding of this research is that for large businesses the income from vending machines is not the main source of in-come, but small businesses have higher income from the vending machines. How-ever, the public has insufficient awareness of the machines.
The influence of Red Bull energy drink on speed, power and rebound performance of female volleyball players at the performance level

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out the influence of Red Bull energy drink on the speed, strength and rebound performance of female volleyball players at the performance level. Fifteen first-league volleyball players of VK Madeta České Budějovice club from the women's category were tested. The performance of female volleyball players was assessed using a bicycle ergometer, rebound board and hand dynamometer in the middle of the 2023/2024 season at the laboratory of load diagnostics at the department of physical education, University of South Bohemia. Each player underwent testing twice with a one-week break. Participants were given a Red Bull energy drink and a placebo in random order. Drinks were blinded. Anaerobic parameters were examined together with the blood lactate concentration using Wingate test, the average height recorded by the Bosc test and the maximum hand grip strength using the hand dynamometer. We did not confirm any significant effect of Red Bull energy drink on the observed performance. The t-test and Cohen's d were used to assess the statistical and substantive significance of the results. No significant effect of Red Bull energy drink on the observed parameters was found, with the exception of the maximum strength of the right-hand grip (d=0,29), the average height of the jump with a bounce from the left leg (d=0,22), maximum heart rate (d=0,29), maximum relative power (d=0,31), fatigue index (d=0,4) and lactate (d=0,2), for which substantive significant influence was recorded with only a small effect. Based on the evidence obtained from the measurements, it was proved that the Red Bull energy drink in a short period of time (20 min) had no effect on the performance of athletes.
Setting up an employee training system in the selected company

The thesis deals with the issue of education in Ferospoj s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to set up a system of employee training in the selected company. Primarily, it was to analyze and provide an overview of the current state of the educational system in the organization. This was followed by suggestions for innovations and recommendations that could contribute to the positive development of the company in the future. These submitted suggestions and measures were based on the experience gained during my long term work in the company, a detailed interview with the director, consultations with a member of the human resources department and the use of the VARK questionnaire.

This master's thesis deals with mapping the dietary habits of university students and evaluating the level of energy intake and main nutrients in a selected sample of uni versity students. The literary overview of the issues addressed is focused on the area of rational nutrition and dietary habits of persons in the age of university students, the importance of energy and the main nutrient in a person's nutrition. The research part is focused on two areas. The first is to assess the menus of a selected sample of ten students, five of them women and five men, who recorded four weekly diet plans for four months (May, July, October and December). The diploma thesis deals with marketing research focused on students' entrepreneurship and knowledge of the selected innovation agency, the South Moravian Innovation Centre. The theoretical part defines the key concepts for the thesis, which are entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing trends, marketing research and presents related research already conducted. The analytical part introduces the Innovation Agency and analyses the current state of the organisation. Furthermore, marketing research and analysis of the obtained data is carried out. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews, the thesis concludes by proposing measures to improve the current state of the innovation agency.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Burgr's, Fresh Burger Bistro. The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts related to the researched issue, followed by an analysis of the environment of the selected company, the content also includes the own marketing research. The findings from the performed analyzes are summarized in the SWOT matrix. The last part contains proposals leading to increased customer satisfaction and which should also help to increase sales.

The bachelor thesis "Lipensko - working with specific target groups in tourism" focuses on the analysis and development of strategies for working with target groups in the tourist area of Lipensko. The aim of the thesis is to conduct an analysis of the demand from selected specific customer groups in tourism and based on this analysis, propose suitable activities and products for these groups or forms of tourist experiences. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical framework, which includes concepts such as the impact of tourism, destination management, market segmentation, overtourism issues, and the challenges of tourist regions. The practical part addresses the analysis of the current situation in the Lipensko destination, utilizing a questionnaire survey to identify the needs of specific target groups. The final part of the thesis contains specific recommendations for personalizing the destination for various groups of tourists in the given tourist area based on the analysis conducted and insights gained.

The bachelor thesis deals with determining the level of consumer awareness of Fairtrade. It examines various aspects of the issue, such as history and principles associated with Fairtrade that should be adhered to. The main goal of the thesis was to assess the level of knowledge in this area and to propose ways to increase it. The research is based on a questionnaire survey, where respondents fill out the questionnaire online. The resulting data was processed using Microsoft Excel and presented through graphs. The hypotheses were tested using the Pearson chi-square test, and their content was either accepted or rejected. In conclusion, solutions are proposed to increase awareness of the issue. The main proposal is to organize a sports event with a Fairtrade theme for all age groups.

The bachelor thesis focuses on customer satisfaction of a selected business entity. The aim is to evaluate the current satisfaction of guests in the Hotel U Kapličky in Písek and to suggest recommendations to improve the service. The thesis begins with the theoretical part, where customers and their satisfaction are characterized, then the business entities and the specifics of marketing within accommodation and catering services are discussed. These pieces of theoretical information are then used in the analytical part dealing with the evaluation of guest satisfaction in the hotel environment. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and an individual in-depth interview with a manager to determine guest satisfaction. The final part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve overall guest satisfaction.
The level of selected soft skills among students of economics programmes of universities

This bachelor thesis focuses on the level of selected soft skills among students of economic fields of universities. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the selected soft skills of students of economics programmes in universities, to evaluate the level of these competences and propose recommendations for their development in university students in the context of Industry 4.0. The thesis presents the theoretical background related to the issue of understandning the concept of competences and also defining the concept of Industry 4.0. These theoretical insights are then used for the questionnaire survey and the subsequent analytical part, which deals with the analysis of the level of selected soft skills in students. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the level of selected soft skills as well as a proposal of recommendations for their development in the context of Industry 4.0.
