In my design, I came out from urban connection in the surroundings of the plot. The proposed mass has additional functions as cafe, workshop of art, boutiques, an auditorium, the administration etc. The mass is divided into three parts. This division of mass enables to create inside respirium. These objects are connected with pedestrian bridges. There are designed twenty places for parking in the basement and two places for parking for disabled people on the first floor in my proposal. The designed mass closes the view from třída Kapitána Jaroše.

Multiple Sclerosis - Neuropsychological markers for monitoring disease activity
Friedová, Lucie ; Uher, Tomáš (advisor) ; Holštajn Zemánková, Petra (referee) ; Libertínová, Jana (referee)
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease of the central nervous system that generates a wide range of clinical symptoms. These include cognitive impairment, a set of symptoms closely associated with the quality of life, which also serves as one of the most important predictors of limited ability to work. This doctoral thesis presents the output from four studies divided into three areas focusing on neuropsychological markers in connection to other manifestations and effects of MS. The first researched area is the link between speech characteristics and the information processing speed by patients with MS. Our study has proven a profound association between lower speed of articulation and below-average performance in terms of information processing speed. We have proven that acoustic quantitative speech analysis has the potential to identify patients with below-average cognitive performance. Another goal of this doctoral thesis was to ascertain the predictive value of serum neurofilament light chain levels in recently diagnosed patients with MS for the development of cognitive disorder within nine years of observation. During the period of observation, we uncovered only a loose link between high levels at the onset of the disease and the deterioration of cognitive functions in...
Analysis of quantitative and qualitative genetic features in the pathogenesis of hereditary solid tumors.
Zemánková, Petra ; Kleibl, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Živný, Jan (referee) ; Tichý, Boris (referee)
Cancer the second most common causes of death in the Czech Republic. Carriers of mutations in genes predisposing to hereditary cancers represent a small but clinically significant group of high risk individuals. Today, dozens of predisposing genes for hereditary tumor syndromes are known and targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) has become a standard approach for their analysis. NGS allows rapid acceleration diagnostics of causal mutation in high-risk individuals. To identify mutations in genes predisposing to hereditary cancers, we designed a panel NGS analysis including subsequent bioinformatics analysis allowing a reliable identification of single nucleotide variants, insertions/deletions, and large intragenic rearrangements. The bioinformatics procedures described in this thesis were used for panel NGS validation, but also for identification of alterations associating with so far undescribed hereditary tumor types. Bioinformatics analyzes have become the basis for the unified processing of large datasets from the CZECANCA consortium and enable the construction of a population-specific database of genotypes that serve to improve clinical diagnostics of cancer predisposition in Czech patients. The versatility of NGS also allows its use for RNA (cDNA-based) analyzes of splicing variants in the...
Vývoj a struktura osídlení Jihomoravského kraje
Zemánková, Petra
The diploma thesis deals with structure and evolution of settlement in South-Moravian region. As first was done the review of literature sources, which is focused on evolution of settlement of Czech countryside, demographic transition and typology of countryside. In following chapter is countryside defined according to chosen definitions. There is connected characteristic of countryside areas in individual administrative districts of municipality with extended competence. Also is taken in consideration evolution of population in South-Moravian countryside from long and short viewpoint. Based on point method which contains five indicators (natural growth, migration balance, index of age, commute to work and school) is made typology based on development of countryside. Final typology is divided into four types. Results are interpreted in tables, graphs and cartographical way.
