Strategic analysis of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Česká republika s.r.o.

The aim of the diploma thesis "Strategic Analysis of the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Czech Republic s.r.o." is to perform a strategic analysis of the company, which could serve as the basis for developing long-term competitive strategy. The diploma thesis consists of two main parts. The first is a theoretical part, needed for a proper understanding of the various steps of strategic analysis. The practical part is focused on the main objective of this work - the implementation of strategic analysis. It contains both macro environment analysis and analysis of the microenvironment, and also analysis of internal resources and capabilities. The practical part is supplemented by a SWOT analysis and strategic recommendations.

Bachelor´s work on the theme ?Look into possibility and propose eventually adjustments of combustion engine for hybrid propulsion Biogas and Woodgas? is contributed to three parts. First part is concerned by methods principals and chemicals process of genesis Biogas and Woodgas and also their features and composition. The second part of work is concerned by selection of suitable combustion engine for hybrid propulsion and necessary adjustments of engine for purpose of guarantee of function. Component of work are also adjustments of Biogas and Woodgas that they are necessary for satisfy ecological criterion for combustion engines and simply economical calculation for purpose state of economical aspect using of combustion engine for hybrid propulsion. The Result of work is estimation of options of using combustion engine for hybrid propulsion of Biogas and Woodgas.

Financial analysis of company Pegas Nonwovens SA

The aim of bachelor thesis "Financial Analysis of Pegas Nonwovens SA" is to perform financial analysis of company in a period of years 2006-2008 and try to find the causes of the current situation and predict the possible future development. Bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. The first is a theoretical part needed for the efficient execution of financial analysis. In the practical part I will focus on the main objective of the work - the implementation of financial analysis. Using the both the horizontal and vertical analysis and ratio analysis of indicators. The financial analysis also includes the cash cycle analysis, cash flow analysis and calculation of indicator of economic value added (EVA). The practical part contains a description of nonwovens market and peer analysis. At the end of my work I will also focus on macroeconomic development in a period of years 2006-2008.
